As a busy mom and business person, it was easy to «let myself go» I decided to take matters in my own hands and go to Dr. Schulman who was referred to me by a previous patient. He did my tummy tuck and the results have been life changing. I feel way more confident in social settings :-)
I also see Tami for fillers. My cheeks look more more voluminous and I look at least 5 years younger (gulp).
I’ve been also seeing esthetician Amanda for derma– planing and peels. I’m only on my second session with Amanda and I already see a major difference in the tone and clarity of my skin.

I came to Dr Schulman’s office to see Tami (his physician assistant) for lip filler and Botox. I was very nervous as I had not had filler placed before, but Tami’s calm, confident demeanor put me at ease immediately. She was so sweet and patient with me. She explained everything, and stopped to give me breaks when I asked. I absolutely love my results! She even checked in with me a few days later to make sure I was satisfied. I had a slight amount of asymmetry in my forehead (which is very common and not a reflection of the initial injection) and she brought me back in right away to have it corrected at no extra charge. She really went above and beyond and I am excited to see her again in the future. I had such a positive experience I would highly recommend her to anyone that is interested in injectables!

I found Tami to be kind, personable, sweet, and sensitive. I was there to try lip fillers, and I love that she made me feel comfortable even when I got uncomfortable or nervous about altering my face. She paid attention to my wants and needs and how I felt. When I began to feel dizzy from having needles in my face for the first time, she stopped and gave me a break and calmed me down. Although I am sure she sees dozens of patients a day, I didn’t feel like another number. She even remembered my name, that we talked the day before on the phone, and exactly what we discussed. Much like Dr. Schulman, she is truly a gem. I also loved that Tami used the products herself, and she looks amazing. She’s a walking advertisement!!! Finally, I love the results. Due to the fantastic experience and results I have had, I will definitely be returning in a week to finish the syringe, and probably again in a month or so for more lip fillers and some Botox.

I have been getting Botox for years. I recently started receiving injections from Tami, their new PA. She is wonderful! Very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. I am very happy with my results. I have an appointment to see her for lip injections this week. I will definitely continue seeing her and recommending her to my friends!

I’ve been coming to Dr. Schulman’s office for a year now but I have been following Tami, their PA, since I started getting Botox. The office is great and everyone who works there is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Tami is really good with Botox, and I never have to use numbing cream with her. I had Botox done once by someone else and it was so painful, so that means this girl knows how to handle a needle. The results are great as well, I really don’t think I would let anyone else do my Botox. P. S. haven’t had them done but I hear she is amazing with lip fillers too.

I went here about 6 yrs ago for botox and the doctor administered it. It turned out fine but then I stopped going because I switched to a place downtown which was closer to work. I recently started going to this office again since I have since switched jobs and this is now convenient again. I went at the beginning of the year and had the injector girl handle it this time and it worked well. I usually go every five months since it takes about a month for my injections to kick in fully. Most will argue the full affect can be seen in 2 weeks. For me it takes 4. I decided to go a bit earlier this time then wait for the full 5 months to pass just to keep it up and not have any lapse. They now have a new injector, Tammy. I told her my history and that it takes a bit longer for mine to take effect. I also relied on her «expertise» and she said since Im coming in a bit earlier than I normally do I can go with less units. Mind you, I typically get between 30 – 40 (mostly on the bridge of my nose — my trouble spot) this time she gave me a mere 5 units less.
Eight weeks have passed and it didnt work. I have never had this problem and so I called the office to go back in so they could fix this. She immediately tried to blame me for waiting too long and also blamed it on getting less this time (5 units). But as a «courtesy» — she would discount me 20% less and she would inject me to fix this. Ummm fixing it and charging me for a job you suck at is not fixing it. This place charges about $ 500 – 600 per visit for this. Maybe you should learn how to inject others instead of worrying about your own injections which she freely discusses she does to herself.
Im inclined to believe she didnt use as much as she said she did and then tries to blame me for waiting too long?
yeah nice try — will go somewhere else. There are enough plastic surgeons in NYC that offer this service and I dont need to come here to be lectured by some girl who didnt do her job correctly. Stay away from here for botox — theyre not using the amount the allege they are injecting into you and this new girl doesnt do a good job.

I have been to see Amanda the esthetician here several times. I have seen many estheticians over the years and I am quite happy with her expertise, professionalism and kindness.
She was very thorough discussing my skin conditions. Generally interested in improvement and has recommended facials that work. They are not always the same facials based on my skin’s condition at the time and contributing to why is getting better.
She does not push product or services but rather gives trial sizes to try before buying them. She Must take great notes because i have seen her 3 months apart and she remembers the scenario both with my skin and my life from 3 months before. It’s a plastic surgeon’s office so her services are not cheap. They are very strict with their 24 hr cancel policy.
I will keep going to Amanda as she is that good.

Gave them my credit card information to make an appointment in December.
They ask for your card info so that if you don’t show up, they could charge you.
Cool.
Now after getting my appointment, I was told that because I had my procedure 4 years ago, I had to wait for someone to pull my file from storage before I could be seen. So my appointment had to be cancelled.
Today is March 21 2015 and I still haven’t heard anything back from this office.
Thank you for never reaching out to me, I rather stay disfigured.

i have a bad experience with doctos’s beautician. what is upsetting is not what happen my skin but the lies. not being taken seriously and not tobe bothered what she did. i had mild chemical peelings. i was suppose to have 6 because i have been told to get results i needed to have 6 .i did not get any benefit but after 2^nd peeling (which i have been told would even out my skin tone .my skin tone was perfectly evem nothing was wrong) .i realized i got light and dark patches on my left cheek. i send them an email but no response so when i went fr my third appointment, this is what she told me. it is very upsetting because one feels like such an idiot. she said” my skin had already dark spots and after peeling they came out of surface -:)).and she told me to get rid of them we should have more peelings (which i was suppose to have 6) .and she said if it was not going away i can have laser. which means more money. so my skin did not improve at all. only worse. whe i got upset and i insisted will that coloration disappear, she stop talking with me like i was notthere. i was dismissed.

Not a lot of people can admit to plastic surgery… well I am not one of those people. I tried Dr. Schulman after receiving a Groupon for Dysport (like Botox but not) and found him to me extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This was my first time at doing this kind of thing and the Dr. and his excellent staff really put me at ease. He spent time answering my questions and let me know about the possible side effects. He never once rushed me or made me feel bad for being there with a Groupon. The procedure was painless and I did not have any bruising or weird reactions. Overall my visit was a great experience. He may seem a little pricey compared to other other places HOWEVER it isn’t how much the Botox costs it is really about the skill of the person injecting it. I would not trust just anyone to put something in my face that could possibly paralyze my eyelids. Dr. Schulman has won several national top doctors awards and why would you go to anyone but the best? The injections last for 6 months on me and I have returned 4 times since the 1^st time and he has always been great and personable. Dr. Schulman is an artist and he has a patient for life. So when the wrinkles get a little too deep for Dysport and I need a little «refreshing» this will be the only person I go to.
