A week ago, I went to Max Studio to check out the fall 2012 collection. I was pleased as usual: plenty of khaki, brown, burgundy dresses and pants that add a sophisticated look at any time. I bought an asymmetrical cut out dress in brown that looks similar to Helmut Lang dresses, which are way too expensive.

I love Max Studio. The clothes are always on-trend and fit to perfection, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Dressing rooms are large enough that you aren’t bumping into walls when trying items on, and there are tons of mirrors to catch every angle. A definite must-stop for all the ladies shopping in the big apple.

Fabulous knits, tons of sale merchandise and attentive, friendly sales people to help you find the right size. The dressing rooms are wonderful, spacious and with lots of mirrors to check out all the angles. Recommended for sophisticated, feminine, but not overly sugary, fashions for work and /or play.
I took one star off because, after all, you could spend your whole paycheck in the blink of an eye here!
