McDonald’s

Not one of the better run franchises. If there is ANYBODY on line before you, you might be standing there for 15 minutes. Also, if there are a lot of people it’s just a mob scene at the counter, with no rhyme or reason to lines, which register to stand in front of, or who goes next. If there more than 3 or 4 people on line I usually just leave and go to Wendy’s down the block. THAT is a well run store.

Not a good location because of the price (higher at this Queens location) and very subpar service. The counter staff has failed to give me receipts on several occasions, and the manager of the staff just holds the brown bag up when your order is ready — expecting you to reach over. They deliver a «whatever» attitude and it’s unfortunate.

Went on a Sunday afternoon — 20 minutes from the time we walked in the door till we got our food, 15 minutes from walking in to place our order. Talked with shift manager who said «sorry, we’re short handed» (which is BS because the people who walked in ahead of us and got in the other line were DONE by the time we got our food!) — tried to talk to store manager but he wouldn’t even come out from the back of the restaurant to talk with me.
Food wasn’t as good as I’ve had it at other places — seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. Horrible customer service, crappy food, nope, nope, nope. Never going back here.

AWFUL service. One Latina girl at the register had one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve EVER seen, and that’s coming from another Latina! No need to throw drinks down on the tray or just toss my sandwich on there. Hand it to me like a normal human being or get another job.

Drove by and said to myself. .. I haven’t had a Big Mac in a long time and decided to pick one up.
After taking one bite, a flood of memories instantly came back and reasserted how unappetizing this burger actually is. Cardboard thin beef patties slapped together on a sesame bun with some mysterious special sauce.
Disgusting.

BE CAREFUL OF THE OUTSIDE PLAY AREA! After years of begging, I finally allowed my two kids out there. They were having fun until my daughter caught her pants on an exposed and rusty-​looking bolt while going down a slide. It ripped her pants and left a little bloody scrape on her bottom.
She was traumatized but the Manager only gave a slight apology and didn’t seem all that concerned. I wouldn’t be surprised if it goes unfixed.

This McDonald’s is horrible. …9 times out of ten they get orders wrong, then when we question one of the girls about missing food… she had an attitude, I rather go all the way to Burger King in Rego Park, great customer service… unfortunately my kids want McDonald’s some times soo I have no choice, it’s the closest one around, but I cringe every time I have to go there, VERY RUDE PEOPLE

This location is just OK. It’s convenient if you happen to be walking through the neighborhood whether it be shopping or visiting a friend. I do have to admit… I do like coming here for a to go snack after I leave station house next door. I somehow end up walking in here and ordering a ice cream cone to go.
This location has looked the same for decades… I’m waiting for the façade overhaul cause I think the competitors are all catching up. The pretzel bun taste dam good and the sriracha griller’s is contemporary.

I don’t know why some people complain about the slow service. When its rush-​hour, of course they are busier and slower. McDonald food is the same everywhere. Not amazing but consistent most of the time. Like any McDonald it can get dirty when its right after rush hour and there’s not enough staff.
What I like about this place is that overall the staff are pretty nice and considerate. I particularly had a wonderful experience with a young man at the front register, He was patience, super friendly, knowledge and very accommodating. Service with a smile. He made my daughter so happy and it totally made my day! Both me and my daughter had certain food allergies and our order came out correct, warm and fast. (We came before lunch time rush.) Plenty of ketchup, didn’t skimp on sauces.
Also want to note that this place is very spacious, plenty of seats, decent size parking lot, drive-​thru, okay clean restrooms and an outdoor play space.

I grew up by this McDonalds. I’ve seen the Ball Pit and Grimace Jail Pen come and go. The food here has always been consistent, nothing to complain about. The lines are always funny as they randomly open and close registers, but what keeps me coming back is this location is not cheap with the sauces, nice!

Waited on a drive thru line that never moved. Finally the car in front of me gave up and so did I. We both parked and tried the counter. Not much better. SLOW. I came very close to walking out but was starving. Never again… Wendy’s is right down the block

Sausage Egg McMuffin 2 for $ 3. Can’t go wrong except for clogging up your arteries. This McDonald’s is actually alright. Service is good, big parking lot, and it’s actually clean. The one on 71^st Continental is a jungle sometimes. If you live in this area and looking for a quiet McDonald’s, this would be it. Free Wi-​Fi is available too.

This McDonalds has gone completely downhill. The management must have changed because the service is awful!. I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad tonight. I just got home to eat it and they must have forgotten what goes in it because they left out my grilled chicken so I basically have a plate of lettuce with 2 tomatoes. I would check my receipt to see what they charged me for but yet they didn’t give me one. I will never go to this McDonald’s again. They should just close. This hasn’t been the first time I thought the service was terrible but it will be the last time I spend a dime here !!! They don’t even deserve the 1 star I had to give them

Experience was so AWFUL! !
Service was so slow and once I revieved my order it was ALL WRONG, I waited 30 minutes and they didn’t even say sorry once I recieved the correct order they just pushed the tray over and said Next Customer!
The owner of McDonalds should get rid of everyone and start fresh. I guess all these reviews people are writing have to be seen by the owner of the McDonalds either he doesn’t care or they must be family members and he doesn’t want to get rid of them. I suggest everyone go to a different McDonalds because the experience was horrible .
The first thing is that the Manager seen the whole thing and said nothing to me or the person working there that screwed up my order and made me wait so long.
The second thing is they all spoke a different language and I had no idea what they were saying and in a place of business that should not be allowed. Go to another McDonald’s and stay away from this one cause the Owner and Manager DON’T CARE ABOUT SERVICE OR THE CUSTOMERS! !!!

Went to this location on the way to work this morning for a cup of coffee. The coffee was good, but the service was absolutely the worst I have ever experienced in a McDonalds. I counted 6 people behind the counter and one of them was either a Manager or an Assistant Manager and I had to actually had to asked them all «Can someone get me a cup of coffee?» They were all so busy socializing that they forgot they had a customer. I will never come here again. By the way, I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time, so there was no morning rush of people.

Avoid the drive-​thru at this one, they steal your change.
That + no receipt = good luck getting your money back.

I don’t like going here. It’s like a nursing home with some weirdos mixed in

McDonald’s is just one of those fast food chains that stopped caring about certain markets. NY is one of those markets. I have been to McDonald’s down south as far as Florida and as far out as Vegas and in those markets you get what you see on T.V. in quality and freshness.
Mind you this is one company that delivers the same product to all their restaurants, so it makes you wonder whats going on in each one to make them as bad as they are. Some of them are ultra salty while others are super greasy. And please don’t get me started on whats really inside each of their products.
lol you get what you pay for IMO. Some people fall prey to their ad’s and how heavy it’s pushed through the media. Sorry but when it’s the truth it is what it is.

i am truly a sucker for fast food.
especially mcdonalds.
i love getting a cheese burger happy meal and a cispy chicken ranch snack wrap, and yes… i am an adult.
