McDonald’s in general deserves a 1-​star review for putting out a generally terrible product both in taste and for our health. But if all other McD’s are 5-​stars this location would deserve 1-​star.
In my 35 years I’ve never been to a McDonald’s where you must wait 10 – 15 minutes for your food. It’s so funny cause there are always 5 – 10 people just standing around the registers waiting for their order. Bizarre.
And then when it comes the food is cold. Laughable how incompetent the staff at this location must be to not be able to match the performance of pimple faced teenagers across the country.

I’ve never ever in my life been treated so rude.
Went in to get food for grandson. He wanted apple pie– they were out– we then requested 3 parfait’s– out of those as well. but did have 1 so I politely asked if they may have more in the back.
Nope. Then my sweet daughter ordered a hamburger with just meat and cheese. Oh no we had to hear a speech of no onion– ketchup or pickle. Well I guess that was being «sarcastic» as she out loud informed her manager that we were being sarcastic? Seriously? I was smiling at her being pleasant and happy. Until that comment which really caught me off guard.
I asked who was the manager. Well she reluctantly turned around after several requests to speak with her. And acted as though her employee was acting just fine REALLY?! I was stunned.
When my daughter asked for a sausage biscuit, she annoyingly muttered it would be 3 to 5 minutes. My daughter asked her to please repeat as she couldn’t understand her.
She leaned over her cash registered and slowly and really really disgustingly and slowly repeated herself as if we were idiots. Wow!
My daughter and I were in straight shock. Brought my girl to tears. We were just in shock at the way we were being treated.
I got their names. Called management it upset us so badly. Brought our happy moods down to so upset we were shaking.
We got theNASTY food which was cold– buns were hard and nasty. THEY WERE OUT of everything. Receipt has no ink so can barely read.
I would starve to death before I went into this Mc Donald’s. !!!Beware!!!

You just lost McDonalds many customers who will never patronize a McDonald’s due to your idiotic rude behavior again. Manger on duty Feb o4 at 7:45, you need to keep check on your employees to deserve your TITLE as «manager. «all on camera. McDonalds I hope you investigate your unprofessional, unfriendly workers. They represent you BADLY!

I only came in because I had a coupon. I don’t usually eat fast food, but when I do, I would choose fast casual like Panera, Chipotle, Panda Express, or even Wendys. McD is usually reserved for road trip pit stops. I came into this McDonalds on a Tues 8pm and it was pretty empty. It’s like the old NYC adage about subway cars — if its empty, there’s usually a good reason. Since it was so empty, there wasn’t any line and I went straight to the register. I was greeted by an employee who clearly wasn’t thrilled to be there. I was abruptly told she didn’t have the scanner to read the coupon and was sent to the one at the end. When I got the food, the burger was warm at best and fries were clearly a bit stale. This reminds me why I don’t frequent fast food. Go to the nearby pizza or panda express instead.

This McDonalds is terrible! Starting with the management first! The female manager is always rude. She always has an angry look on her face and she never smiles! She looks miserable and in turn she makes the customers miserable by acting like a jerk. I went there to purchase food for me and my coworkers and she refused to give me the hospital discount even with Id. She’s just a JERK! She’s like that every time I go in that McDonald’s. I’m not patronizing this particular McDonald’s anymore. Is rather go nxt door to Chipotle. At least they aren’t rude and angry! Never coming here again!

I recently went in to eat there since it is one of the few late night places in this neighborhood.
The «manager» comes over in a LOUD voice so everyone there can hear it and be harassed as well and starts yelling at a sleeping woman at a table to leave saying that she had been there over a half hour and had to leave. (the place was practically empty, not even sure why they are open). The woman then tells her that other people were there over a half hour as well so acting on the woman’s comment the «manager» starts going from table to table YELLING at customers to leave. We were the last to be told and had actually bought food when we got there and then bought some drinks 10 min. before she came YELLING to us. When my friend explained that we had just bought something then she started to say we could stay. She was very argumentative and kept saying, NO, YOU LISTEN TO ME, YOU LISTEN TO ME! Very stressful.
After we left, the woman was still laying with her head on the table sleeping, guess the YELLING DIDN’T WORK? I called McD hotline and they acted detached like I was telling them a magazine story I read somewhere, ok, we will pass that on… If you go to Barnes and Noble or another retail store do they go around YELLING at people? They have an announcement for everyone saying that they are closing, etc. Maybe McDonalds can make a group announcement every 30 min. telling people about the time limit. It may not be ideal but better than getting a SCREAMER going table to table. Maybe you need to get a better plan or call the police if you can’t handle enforcing the situation to deal with homeless, sleeping or people that have overstayed the 30 minute food time limit. Obviously, this is a FRANCHISE that doesn’t have to follow any corporate rules regarding customer service or food quality!

Omg it was just what I needed at the right time. At around 10pm, this place was still open. It’s 24 hours I believe. And now they serve breakfast all day!
In any case, got the chicken McNuggets which are my staple McDonald’s fare. The fries and small drinks along with two cheeseburger combo meal came out to around $ 15. We got our food in about 5 minutes. People were very polite.
Plenty of seating. Bright and clean.
Remember that hospital employees also get 10% off!

Slow service, dirty tables, awkward location for a bathroom. But hey it is McDonalds. The good old arches, good fries what can go wrong.

Its all you do not wish for a reataurant. Even if its mcdonalds. Its dirty, messy, chaotic. Restroom is dirty no paper impossible to use it normally.
And in this situation u have to eat? I dont think so.
Service was good and quick. Still nothing more than a star.

Ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget and got 4 pieces of cold, raw chicken. I dont know how you can mess this up. This is a serious problem. People can get sick.

Workers are rude, and rushing even though the service is still slow which is ironic. Understandably it’s late and they have less workers, but it defeats the purpose of fast food. Think the problem stems up to management more than the employees. Food wasn’t on par with other McDonald’s

Very poor, worse McDonald’s I have ever been to in my entire life. The service sucks, the employees seem to not like their jobs there and they give you attitude. You have to wait a long time for your food even when it’s not busy… I don’t recommend this place, I feel like one day I will find something in my food that doesn’t belong there

0 stars. This is the worst McDonald’s in all of NYC. The workers are extremely rude. I went in at 11:30am. They were still serving breakfast. When I asked about lunch no one knew when it started and I would have to wait 20 minutes for them to make it. This place is a joke. Save yourself the trouble and find another place to eat

I only go here because it’s so close. Their coffee will prevent a caffeine withdrawal headache but that’s about it. It’s not the cleanest place but it’s acceptable. I’ve also had their breakfast oatmeal and they said they had to go get apples from downstairs, so at least the fruit on their oatmeal is fresh. The oatmeal was a bit overly sweet though. I’ve also tried their yogurt parfaits which have shrunk so much over the years, it’s not even funny. They used to be about 16oz cup sized and now are about 4oz, like those baby tasting cups you get a smoothie places.

I came to get a chocolate shake, three days in a row, and they just kept saying the machine was broken.
The two females in the front and the manager? or the woman working the machines are all incompetent, lack initiative and should be fired.

Just a word of advice: service with a smile is not on the breakfast menu.
Be careful to stand in the right line (you won’t be able to tell if there are 1 or 2, so you have to guess. Ask for additional condiments at your own risk.
Consider yourself forewarned!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to! All the workers look miserable and in a bad mood never tell me how much was my order, I have to ask and customers don’t even receive a smile back! At the same time everything is super slow they take their time and don’t worry about the customers.
I had 2 sandwiches with a medium fries and I received it in a small bag super squeezed. Managers and supervisors here seem not to care because every time is worse

By far the slowest service iv ever seen, I’m actually impressed by the way they drive customers out of the store. It’s like they had a meeting one day and said «let’s just do a terrible job at this location guys». And somehow they keep messing up my order of a medium black coffee with three sugars… Yeah I’ll say it again; they messed up an order of a medium black coffee with three sugars. I know it’s just McDonald’s but have some pride in where you work.

This McDonald’s is okay. They should put signs out clearly stating that there are separate lines. The worker there got an attitude because people formed one line and there were two registers open. The one time NYers are courtesy enough to wait their turn should not also be the time they get attitude about it!
I came here for an ice coffee and it was horrible. They didn’t have french vanilla so I got caramel and the flavor was just completely off and disgusting. Needless to say, I will stick with my coffee truck guy!

This is a decent McDonald’s, like many others. It’s even better during the summer when school is out! The only issue is the lines, there’s no real order. They could use some velvet ropes or sum’n. They always get my order correct, which is the ultimate goal. The food turn around is high and you can get food to your specification.

I indulge in my French fry fix about 2x a year and this McDonalds was convenient when I got the urge to get my fried spuds. Supposedly open 24 hours, so you can load up on fat and carbs at all odd times. These fat food places have their marketing so well oiled you wish they would apply their genius to eradicating world hunger and creating peace. Or at the minimum, paying their workers better and giving health benefits. Inside this McDonalds was a high tech space age looking drink dispenser that I’ve seen once at a taco place. With the press of different buttons, you get to customize your own sugar filled drink in more combos than the safe at the Fed Reserve has numbers. I was fascinated. I had played with the machine before at the taco place and didn’t know the alien device had proliferated. What a slick gimmick to get people to drink more… make it super fun and creative. The décor was also primed to get you to get charged, to eat and then to scram. No calm meditative meal here. The first room was painted in yellow zebra. The inner room in hot orange. This place would be loud even without customers. It was painted like a romper room for kids but smelling of burgers and fries. Maybe the color scheme was also to keep the late shift awake.
So the lowdown on the fries? Still crispy and delicious when you need some thin, fried spuds.
