Thee worst service in ever. Went here after a long day at work and last minute holiday shopping. I wanted a quick meal and go home in this pouring rain. After waiting about 10 minutes for the food, I get home to find that I’m missing the Big Mac from my order. It’s pouring outside so I’m not trying to go back outside for it, but come on. This is not the first time I’ve experienced bad service here, but this is my last time experiencing bad service from here.

Cashiers run into each other constantly and argue who is preparing whose order. Customers frequently disgruntled over the wait. One of the only McDonald’s with a parking lot and public restroom. I’ll be back for the chicken nuggets ~

Slowest McDonalds known to man. Waited 5 minutes to order and another 10 minutes for my food. I was thinking my food be hot. EVERYTHING WAS LUKE WARM –_​-​. 24 hour drive through.

The food is well, mcdonalds. But it has a 24 ht drive thru in Harlem!!!
