Mekor Judaica messed up terribly. Our Shul ordered 100 volumes of the Artscroll Viduy several weeks before Yom Kippur. They deposited our payment immediately, which is fine — but the books never arrived. They were still in Brooklyn with Mekor Judaica on Erev Yom Kippur. I would recommend to never buy anything from Mekor Judaica again. Really — just the worst incompetence imaginable. Utterly incompetent.
