I’m so disappointed. I’m a stylist and used to rave about Miansai after finding their designs in the Hamptons. I bought at least 5 pieces along with a watch. After a few months the watch broke and I went into the soho store. The sale associate was so unhelpful and didn’t really care about any questions I had ATALL. Totally blew me off. So I called the customer service number and they were closed, no answer during their day time hours. So, then I emailed and finally received a response — that I could mail the watch to what seems to be a personal condo address in Miami(I’m from Florida). Sad. Disappointed.

Love the layout of this cozy store + tea bar, the customer service was pretty good, I will definitely be back to purchase more pieces, the only thing I would note is the sales people being a bit more knowledgeable on the products. My friend and I both bought jewelry but had to ask a few different sales people to get the answers to our questions.

Ordered online two weeks ago. Miansai took my money instantly, but I had to call to get a confirmation number from them as nothing was sent to me. All they replied with was that I’d get a confirmation once it shipped. It’s two weeks, later and I’ve made two calls today to see what the status of the order is. Spoke to two people who sounded as though they could care less about the fact that almost 400 dollars was taken from my account 2 weeks ago without any word from the company. Terrible customer service and terrible business model which seems to be: «Get the money, but after that, don’t worry too much about the customer, cause we have their cash already». Spend your money elsewhere. These people absolutely don’t respect your or your money. I’ve asked for my money back… they haven’t even shipped the items two weeks later. I’m almost certain they won’t be as quick to give me my money back as they were to take it.

I have just had the worst experience of my life. I was told I couldn’t get a replacement part for my bracelet because I didn’t have a receipt. The bracelet was a gift. Of course I don’t have a receipt. So instead I was given a 15% off credit to buy a NEWONE. Really? I was even willing to PAY for a new part. Honestly, I’m blown away by the lack of customer service. Thanks for making it really easy to never shop here and make sure my friends never shop here again.

YOOOOOO, I had to write this review because of how awesome the team was. I’ve purchased about 3 bracelets now here various anniversary and Christmas gifts, and have never had seen my boyfriend more ecstatic! The ability to customize the leather and metal provides really personal options, there are also a ton of selections for higher quality metals for special occasions. I love the team here special shout out to Anthony and the team you guys are truly the best and we will keep coming back for that reason! Also try the teas, they’re some of the best I’ve had in NYC!

One star is very generous for the customer service I’ve gotten through . I ordered a watch with engraving as an anniversary gift and it came late without the engraving done and a defect in the watch. I emailed customer service quite a few times to get a shipping label to send it back for the engraving. 3 weeks go by and I still don’t hear anything. I’ve never experienced such appalling service as I have with this company. You’re better off supporting a company who actually values its customers. Needless to say, I will never purchase anything from them again.

I ordered on line directly from their web site a leather men bracelet for my upcoming trip and paid in full on my pay pal account. After 5 days I double checked my order only to find it was back ordered for over 1 month. I immediately sent a cancellation notice directly to them and haven’t a received my refund or any refund confirmation. Terrible customer service and would never do business with this company!!! Overhyped and overpriced. I don’t know what to say except the markup for handmade items in this instance is insane. Oh, I understand the market dictates(and overhead costs apply), but comparable items can be readily found in your hood or online. I feel the same way about other types of accessories or items of utility, where at some point the ability required to produce a quality, handmade item hits a certain threshold and it just becomes a matter of how much you’re willing to pay for the name or imprint. I just wasn’t blown away with this stuff– just the price tag.

It is such a displeasure for me to write anything negative about anything or anyone. I do not do it very often, almost never. However, I am hoping Mainsai will read this and get back to me! I contacted the company for a bracelet I lost the top bar of. They immediately got back to me and were very helpful. However, I sent a bracelet in for repair and have not heard one word(after sending many emails for updates on my repair)! Not only that, I sent my credit card info along with it for the $ 30 repair cost. I am a big fan of the bracelets, but this far I would give a negative rating if it were possible. I have literally sent over 10 emails asking for status updates on my repair and have not got one response!!! Please contact me ! I want my bracelet back! EVENIFYOUHAVENOTREPAIREDIT!

Crappy Silver Jewelry. Poorly made. There’s no option to leave zero stars. I’m going to try to make this review as brief as possible, I’m not wasting anymore of my time dealing with the company. I bought the Sterling Silver Cuff Bracelet and Ring about six months. First the ring started to unscrew itself, fell off my finger. brought back to the store. very nice they replaced it with another ring that did the same exact thing. I had to bring it my jeweler to solder the pin so it wouldn’t unscrew it self. Then the bracelet started doing the same, unscrewing itself. It happened about 6 – 7 times, I caught the pin every time but the last time. I was just left with a cuff. I went into the store to see what could be done. All I really wanted was to buy another pin so I wasn’t left with half of a crappy bracelet. They don’t sell missing pieces, you’d have to buy a whole new bracelet. buy another crappy bracelet? No thanks. I was directed to contact customer service with hope of getting some help from them. I was informed again that they don’t sell missing pieces again. I was advised to buy a bracelet at 15%. If I had problems with that one they would repair it. for a fee. Conclusion: The pieces are poor constructed. I will not be buy anymore of their jewerly!

A great experience. The store is amazing the layout and how they showcase their work is unbeatable. I stopped in on a recent trip to see their products in person. I highly recommend getting an iced tea, it was by far the most thirst quenching tea I’ve had. The staff is really helpful and attentive. They helped me choose a pair of cuff bracelets for my wife and I and would definitely come back to hang out in their backyard. Great products for men and women and wonderful staff make this place a must go to when visiting NYC. Definitely coming back.

So glad this store opened in Soho! I bought my boyfriend a Savoy bracelet online(before the store opened) that uncharacteristically broke. It wasn’t under warranty anymore, but when Lenard took a look he immediately brought out a replacement… FO’ FREE! We were NOT expecting that and he definitely did not have to do that. so thank you Lenard! Anyway, they have great, high quality stuff for men and women, and even if you’re not into it, the front of the store is also a little café! Definitely worth a stop in. I’ll for sure be coming back to buy more gifts!

I know Miansai as the maker of fish hook bracelets and watches but their SoHo store also serves trendy tea. If you purchase a product here, they can also monogram it onsite. I absolutely love their bracelets and leather, brass, and sterling silver goods, but it’s beyond my price range. Cool store — find it next to bonobos.
