Michael Yeshion Photography

Michael is a very talented photographer as his website portfolio clearly demonstrates. His artistic style has a wonderful blend of photojournalistic and fine art perspective. On top of that, he is a pleasure to work with and exceptionally skilled with computerized touch-​ups.
Michael provided an awesome experience for our winter engagement session. We loved the setting Michael suggested when we were indecisive – the Brooklyn Bridge was exactly what we didn’t realize we were looking for. He arrived on time (early actually) and scouted several angles before we met with him. Additionally, we postponed the shoot several times and he was very accommodating each time we rescheduled. Though the shoot was on a drizzly day in the city, you would never have known from the finished product (except for a few fun shots with an umbrella).
In short: stunning, high-​quality engagement photos on short notice. The angels, light, and focus were just perfect. Quick turnaround on photo edits. We would recommend him to anyone for any special occasion – he is exactly what you want when capturing a once-​in-​a-​lifetime moment.

This guy is the real deal. He takes the time to take the pictures you want, and listens to the costumer. I recommend him to all of my friends. He is an actor/​singer himself, and he knows what we want/​need. He is a really talented guy. The prices are the best in the city– you won’t meet anyone nicer! A great talent.

My experience with Michael was excellent. He asked to meet outdoors at Madison Sq Park for the photo shoot, which really fits my style. He’s very relaxed and laid back, and that makes you feel comfortable from the get go. And he’s very professional as well. I liked his touchups on my pics (very natural!), and he delivered the work on time.
It’s nice that he walks you to a few different spots for the pics, and in the process things get really nice and relaxed, so the pictures turn out great!
The only thing I’d advice to him is to find a bit more about the client before the shoot to get a better idea of the feel the person is looking for. He worked for me, but might not be the best fit for super corporate clients, and he needs to be able to anticipate this.

Took my business head shots and they came out great! He did an excellent job touching up the photos. Definitely use him for your events and/​or headshots!

Michael is awesome! So that goofy guy you’re probably seeing above is me. In addition to that fun one, I got plenty of usable shots. AND it was easy breezy! Time flew by, we had a great time, and the shots were impeccable. What more could you ask for really? Oh you want them to be affordable too? Absolutely! Michael offers some great packages, which I know is a concern for many of us.
Go for it. You won’t be disappointed. :)

I had a great time shooting with Michael. He’s a perfectionist, is very flexible and responsive to what you want, and takes the time to do things right. He loves what he does, and gives you fantastic quality. Can’t recommend enough.
