Manhattan Valley, Manhattan, NY
Awful. Used wash and fold and requested delivery and was told 30 minutes until delivery. 40 minutes later, I called and they told me it would be another 30 minutes. Another 45 minutes go by and call to be told it will be another 5 minutes. And now 30 minutes after that, I’ve been informed that they are 2 minutes away. Never again! Poor poor service!
