Moran was very kind, understanding, and efficient when helping me secure a lease on my apartment. She was very quick in getting back to me and knew exactly how to handle my unique situation as a tenant. I’d highly recommend her and was happy to have her as my agent.

Moran and Natalie from the get go made my now roommate and I feel so taken care of! We had just graduated college and this was our first time looking for an apartment in NYC. We had a specific budget, but knew we really wanted to be in either Greenwich Village or the West Village. We had already looked at some apartments without a broker, and everything was so small or gross. Then we met Natalie who showed us an apartment, and we were amazed with how great it was compared to the other apartments we looked at. We immediately got our hearts set on this apartment. Natalie told us she would do everything to make it happen for us, and she really did! Once we began the paperwork we met Moran, and both of them were super helpful, always answered any questions that we had (which were a lot). When we hit some delays along the way, Natalie and Moran worked tirelessly and really went above and beyond to ensure that we got approved. I was told about how stressful of a process getting an apartment in New York can be, but they really made everything so much easier and it was great to feel like we had people who were really doing everything to help us. Now we are moved in, and we love it, and we are so thankful! Without hesitation I would highly recommend either of them to anyone looking to move into NYC.
