LITTLE NECK, NY
I had my SUV towed there on a Sunday, simply because I broke down in Manhattan and they were open and supposedly available to help me. When I went there, first they told me that there was nothing wrong with it, obviously there was, the vehicle was un-​driveable. On Tuesday morning I had my vehicle towed at my own expense to another mechanic. I found MRM Auto to be unhelpful and unfriendly. I called them 3 times on the Monday to get information about my SUV and they were not able to tell me anything at all. They never once called me. I think if you have a similar experience, the best thing to do is to get your car out of there ASAP!
