Useful due to the long 1-block connection from the 1 train &PATH connectivity but your usual lack of cleaning, wet trash liquid-stained platforms, rats canvassing the tracks between trains & rust/mildew-encrusted walls. No bathrooms here but thankfully so else they’d be worse than a horror movie.

One of the train station on the 6 line that always get screwed over. When the 6 train decide to go express due to ridiculously crowded trains, this is one of the stops they skip. When the mta decide that they want to fix up the station on the weekend, either one side is not running or both sides is not running. There is always a bunch of people in this station, especially during rush hours. You would think after 2 – 3 trains, the crowd will start getting smaller but nope! Between 5 – 7, the only way to get on the train is to force your way in or else you will be waiting for a VERY long time. It is always hot in this station regardless of the weather. If only they can hurry up and fix up this station so it would not be such a pain in the butt.

Go local to Chelsea on the 6 train. A small station not very impressive. When surfacing the street it takes you to SpinNY, a underground ping pong joint and a large window allows strap hangers to peak through when climbing the stairs. A «Help Point» communication is not very reliable in a dire emergency situation. Union Square 14th Street station is only one stop away from this station, which is a major transportation hub. MEH!

Meh. It’s kind of a small subway stop that is situated right along Park Ave on the Lexington Ave line. Entrance on 23rd street lets you out at either the ping pong place Spin NY where you can see some of the tables through a window as you climb the stairs, or the other side right next to the Vitamin Shoppe store where I go to get my protein shakes brah! Only the #6 line stops here, and it’s one stop away from Union Square. If it’s nice out don’t be a lazy ass and just walk it down there.

This is where you get the 6 train at 23rd street. You have to hunt some to find the Downtown bound entrance since there’s only one vs. the customary two. Station is small & not all that cool in the summer but you will have cell reception in parts. The 6 also seems to show up in a timely fashion here though if you’re not feeling like waiting & it’s not horrific weather/you’re wearing uncomfortable shoes, you’re probably better off just walking to Union Square.
