Very solid place. Fast service/pick up time. Consistent with its healthy food options. Never had a bad meal. Highly recommend.

Was a loyal customer the last several months, but no more. Delivery is always late. Pick up orders are never ready on time.(And when I have picked up, I’ve noticed a weird smell in the restaurant so if you have the option, don’t stay to eat there.) When they mess up your order, they promise a refund but then never register the refund with Seamless. There are lots of other options in the area – even on the same block – so that is where I will go from now on.

Recently came in and ordered close to 80 bucks worth of food as i like to have meals in the fridge. I had some questions being that i am a customer at a different location. A gentleman that seemed to be the manager helped me with questions and adjustments to my meals, charged me and was very attentive, the place is very clean. Not sure why people are so confused about portions. If you follow macros simply speak to them and make sure you let them know. Anyway great service. They have my business like many other muscle maker grills.

Was looking for a quick guilt free lunch spot and decided to stop in. The interior was clean and simply decorated with color photos. I ordered the signature grilled chicken wrap with turkey bacon, low fat cheddar, romaine, and a side of steamed broccoli. That with a soda ran me $ 12.50. Was pretty dead for dining in, but delivery staff was in and out repeatedly. Definitely a healthy alternative to chain fast food, with a nice selection of wraps and entrees. While Muscle Maker Grill isn’t a snobbie foodie café, I’d say their true strengths are they alternative core selections(like the ability to get healthy sides at no additional costs and low fat/carb substitutions). Seems to be perfect for the Crunch Gym crowd a block up. Just wish they had WiFi and outlets to charge my phone, otherwise spot on!

Food was good and staff was nice the only complain I have is that you have to get up to order your food.

I like this place, but one tip: If you order a shake or other drink to go(via online ordering), you will not get it unless you specifically ask for it when you pick up the rest of your food. So if you order one, be sure to ask for it when you pick up your order. Again, otherwise you will not get it.

Healthy, hearty food when you need it. Nothing here is like«oh my god I have to go back!» But if you need lunch, want to keep health in mind, and want something that will fill you up, this is a great option.

Really need to save some space for my dinner hence ended up with Mardi Gras Cajun chicken salad(447) at muscle maker. Liked the fact that they listed calorie intake for each dish, taking into account the dressing! It was also quick at a busy lunch time. The only downside was that they are not serving exactly the same thing as listed on their website — for example, no Hollywood salad was served at this location. More like a 3.5÷5.

This place really makes healthy eating easy and delicious. I really enjoy their stir frys and as long as I ask for a little bit extra sauce it tastes great.

I’m in love. Came here after my workout and absolutely loved the food. I shared a Meatball Wrap with pasta salad as a side with my hubby and it was DELICIOUS and hit the spot for both of us! Will definitely be coming back from time to time after my workouts for a healthy delicious meal. Yum!

Surprisingly tasty and lean. The reviews threw me off. The place is clean inside, well ventilated, air conditioned, and good music. Staff is really friendly and most importantly, the food was good! I had the sante fe wrap. Chicken was real, lean, well cooked, and not dry or anything. Rice was tasty, and sauce inside was also real good.

The food is NOT healthy. It’s like someone who has no idea what heathy is created a menu of what they thought was healthy. You’d be better going to another restaurant of choice and choosing something off the menu and asking for a healthy modification(i.e. no butter, etc). Given the name of the place we were prepared to be impressed, but this place didn’t cut it. That said, if you have to eat here, the food isn’t bad, it’s pretty basic stuff you could make at home. No frills.

LIERS! I am so upset because i’ve been ordering from here for my firm when one of my executives told me he found it hard to believe that the Arizona was 490 calories. We called them twice on two separate days and they confirmed that it was yes indeed the calorie information for ONE order. Still in disbelief we decided to scale the plate ourselves and it was 680GRAMS — their website states that 378 grams is 490 calories… They gave use nearly double the serving size! Because of this my entire firm will no longer be ordering from here. Such a shame how an organization that focuses on staying healthy isn’t transparent about their nutrition info!

Unless copious amounts of sodium help build muscle, then avoid. I’ve been here once before out of convenience as its next to the Crunch location I belong to, and found the food good enough. Came in here one night with my brother, and I ordered the pasta dish with chicken and red wine sauce. His meal was fine, but mine was barely edible. It just tasted like salt. I couldn’t eat throats and just picked out the chicken. It was extremely disappointing. If you come here(which I won’t again), I’d stick to their sandwiches. Their price point and healthy aspirations is their only salvaging aspect.

«Load up with some protein» One of the more healthy eating locations on 2nd ave. The food is really good(I only get the godfather) for it to be healthy. Plus, the portions are HUGE! When I dine inside of the restaurant, I ask for my food to be place in a to go container because I never can finish the entire meal. The staff is pretty good at making suggestions of food for first-timers. Plus, for dining inside the restaurant, they actually use real plates and silverware, which is a little different for places like this.

Disclaimer: I had work pay for this dinner so price wasn’t in my mind at the time, but I wanted a healthy no fuss dinner. I miss Energy Kitchen and their steamed veggies and grilled chicken… but apparently I was alone in this view as EK is now long gone from Manhattan. Alas, I tried Muscle Maker for the first time since it is a very convenient, healthy take out option near me. I ordered a grilled chicken entrée subbing with sweet potato, broccoli and spinach. The chicken definitely was healthy and may be too plain for those looking for a ton of flavor. But the spinach and broccoli were more oily than I was hoping for. Overall, the meal at $ 18 got the job done — I’m sure their wraps and other options may be more tasty and satisfying. I’ll be sure to re-review once I’ve tried them again for some other menu options.

The food was surprisingly good! Every time I eat prepared«healthy, balanced meals,» they seem to be dry and only use water. I got the teriyaki stir-fry, which obviously tasted a lot better thanks to the teriyaki and sesame seeds. The chicken, mushrooms, and other ingredients were very flavorful though. Pretty reasonable prices for decently large portions.(Remember to check in on Unilocal for 10% off!) Yes, this is probably all stuff you could make at home, but I’m guessing people need to eat lunch at work or grab something on the go from time to time. Basically a convenient way to get home-cooked food. Service was nice enough. The wait time is pretty reasonable. Don’t be put off if it looks empty; so many people get pick-up or delivery.

I love the option of «healthy» food. My first venture here I did take out and ordered the Mardis gras chicken salad. I asked for no onions, and wait yes there were onions. The menu describes this salad as GF, yet there were croutons on the salad. Dressing is tasty but a little tangy/salty prefer it on the side to add as much as I want. Seems like a healthier option. Overall taste was good, just need to follow customers requests and their own descriptions. Second trip in I dined in with a friend and we both tried the grilled entrée with chicken. It was good simple, but nothing I couldn’t make at home or put together for a little less at the Whole Foods hot bar. I appreciate the option in the area, just doesn’t really do it for me. I think the value to price ratio is a little off, and would prefer to pay a little less for size options. Half plate and full plate. I still recommend having all nutritional information listed for the health conscious audience being targeted. The dishes I tried taste a bit salty and I pay close attention to my sodium intake, this would be beneficial to everyone. For now I will stick to making simple food at home and knowing what is in my food. Thanks anyway guys.
