long line? must be good. :(10 bucks for a tiny wrap filled with tortilla… I’ve tried this place twice. Just disappointed… and still hungry.

I am still sitting here writing this review. The idiot at the counter is a complete jerk. I asked him if that was the right amount of chicken and he said yeah you get 3 oz. screw that! The food platter bowl has two small pieces of chicken, a tea spoon of tzatziki sauce. Rip off! Food not bad but I won’t spend $ 13 for that kind of portions. I paid all that money for a bunch of rice

Love this spot. My new go to spot for lunch. The food is fresh, healthy and the portions are generous for the salads and protein plates(where you make you own bowl type thing). Marinated chicken, hummus, tahini, pita and tzatziki sauce are all delicious. Side note… I don’t get the negative reviews. I pick up lunch from here often and never experienced any rudeness from the staff and the food has always been fresh and very tasty. I can’t speak to the sandwiches or wraps though so maybe those aren’t as good.

On two separate occasions they forgot to add chicken to my dish, despite the fact that I paid extra for it. On another occasion, my quinoa bowl came with a long strand of human hair mixed in. The ingredients are fresh, but the kitchen is a disaster.

Nanoosh is located in the underground food court below Rockefeller Center. It’s open on the weekends which is a plus because many of the establishments down here aren’t. It’s basic Mediterranean food. Good quality but nothing special. I had the make your own bowl thing with quinoa(which was actually extremely good and had dried cranberries in it!), chicken, feta, and hummus. It also comes with a side of pita bread. You can also choose your dressing. Minus 1 star because they didn’t have any tap water available and make you purchase a bottle of water. I’m pretty sure this is illegal. Also minus 1 star because the staff doesn’t speak English well and wasn’t able to answer questions. Otherwise, this place is pretty good!

Ordered a salad with falafel online today for takeout and it was pretty good! $ 13 for just that with the two included toppings plus pita though so kind of expensive. Also the greens were a little soggy at the bottom(maybe from the cucumber salad) and it actually leaked through the bag. But I’d recommend ordering online — was ready in 15 and you can walk right up.

Nanoosh is a nice Mediterranean lunch spot in Rockefeller Center — they offer really fresh and made to order. I go to Nanoosh every Wednesday for my work lunch. I typically order some variation of the powerfood platter but I’ve also tried their salads before. I usually get a greens or hummus base with marinated chicken and toppings such as Mediterranean salad(which is a mix of cucumbers, tomatoes and onions), feta cheese or mixed greens. Its a bit price($ 13 if you add a protein topping) but very filling. I like the power greens base(mix of kale, and greens), marinated chicken, with hummus and feta topping best. I’ve had the marinated chicken salad which is great but a little on the lighter side — perfect if you want a light healthy lunch. Although the line is sometimes long during peak lunch times, I feel that the staff makes sure the line moves efficiently and quickly. There is always a helper up front handing out menus and helping with food suggestions.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff there are totally disrespectful and I have also witnessed them acting like trifling employees in other establishments within the concourse. The food is not prepared well and for the most part the people there do not use gloves. WARNING****DONOTGOTHERETHEYAREUNSANITARYANDWEARNOGLOVES**

Ordered a power plate with beef, hummus and quinoa. The beef was ground beef so nothing amazing going on there. The quinoa was decent compared to the rest of the meal. The hummus had a weird texture– similar to a tuna salad with OD mayo… i could not put more than a bite in my mouth… never coming back

Good food and a welcome addition to the Rock Center concourse. 2 star penalty for rude staff(includes some of the cashiers and the bearded guy handing out the take-out orders).

Food: 4⁄5 Drinks: N/A Service: 4⁄5 Décor: 3⁄5 Food: Stopped in for a chicken wrap on my way to the gym. It was tasty, and filled with chicken(some places skimp on the protein). Service: I was the only one in the restaurant — so service was pretty quick. The attendant brought my food to the table(nice touch for a chain fast food). Very happy with the experience!

My chicken & hummus wrap was smaller than a snack wrap at McDonald’s. How do they get away charging $ 10 for the tiniest wrap. Such a rip off. It tasted good but definitely not worth it for 3 bites of chicken.

Glad something new opened in the concourse! Came in on a Saturday and it was quiet, as usual. A lot of choices on the menu. Quick service restaurant. I got a quinoa plate with beef and toppings of Mediterranean salad and red pepper hummus. The portion was plenty for lunch, I was definitely full. I’m going to have to mix and match the items next time to get a better balanced flavor but I thought each item had a unique taste on it’s own. Clearly it is a good product made with fresh ingredients. Prices are about what you would expect to spend in the area for lunch, $ 10-$ 12 bucks. Love the complimentary cucumber/mint water, tasted great. The space is a great setup with plenty of seating options. Huge for the weekend workers, this place is open on Saturday AND Sunday. The staff here is INCREDIBLY pleasant and they seem happy to be open, which is a nice change of pace from some of their neighbors!

The new restaurant in the Rock Center concourse has everyone very excited. And for pretty good reason. My friend and I arrived around 1:15PM on a Friday and there was a line out the door and down the hallway. There was an attendant providing menus to those waiting in line outside and answering any questions we had. The line moves quickly and they are already very efficient, don’t stress about long lines – you’ll be in and out quicker than you think. Then menu is pretty basic: sandwiches, salads, hummus plates, and powerfood plates. I ordered the hummus plate(you can get original or roasted red pepper hummus, I opted for roasted red pepper) with baked falafel(made with quinoa). The plate came to just over $ 10. I got a decent sized piece of hummus and was pretty impressed with the portioning. The roasted red pepper had a mild pepper taste to it, it wasn’t extremely flavorful. The falafel was crumbly but had an excellent flavor and was quite delicious with the hummus and green tahini sauce provided. It felt healthy and fresh, a good, if slightly expensive option for the concourse. Very impressed with this new option for dining. Fresh, quality food and decent service. Definitely a nice addition to the other dining options in the area.

Just visited the 30 Rock location. Got there early(11:30AM) no real line by noon it was out the door. Walk up order and short wait for delivery. Even now with the crush of people they seem to be calling names every few seconds. I ordered a PowerFood Plate with Quinoa, chicken shawarma hummus and mushrooms. Served with a warm pita. About $ 12.00. Was very flavorful and portion size was good for an average eater. I needed another serving but I’m a BIG eater. I eat at one of the tables in store. My only complaint is the place is noisy and the music is too tinny to enjoy. The room needs some audio baffling or absorbers. I will try it again maybe try their baked falafel

This is a nice addition to the Rock Center concourse but the food was just ok. It’s obvious they’re using quality ingredients. I ordered the Mediterranean beef hummus platter. The hummus had good texture although I found it to be a little bland. Same with the ground beef. The seasoning wasn’t anything unique or Middle Eastern/Mediterranean. It just tastes like plain ground beef. I was expecting something that tasted a little more exotic. It came with a warm pita that was soft on one side and a little too crispy on the other. Would have preferred it to be all soft. The portion was a good size and it was very filling. I would come back and try other things.

Great healthy organic addition to Rockefeller Center businesses and tourists!
