I was informed today that this store will be closing in the middle of December 2015. Yes, the store was frequently crowded and the quality of the service was off and on. But it was one of the few stores left for women with special sized feet(i.e. Narrow & wide) that can shop in a convenient location. Well, it looks like those days are coming to an end. The Lexington Ave. store closed last year and the Kings Plaza store will also be closing. The nearest location for NYC residents will be Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream. However, there’s one last hurrah. The entire store is 50% off because of the closing. And they are still taking coupons, gift certificates and members can still earn points on the eclub card. So I just scored three pairs of shoes for $ 100.

After reading the one negative review, I was expecting the worse. I bought a pair of shoes online and was going to the store to exchange or return it. I used to go to the on on the east side but that location is closed. Not only was this location more convenient for me, right off the Times Square subway stop, my experience was wonderful. Even knowing I was there doing an exchange, the woman was very helpful in trying to find the right pair for me. She brought out 4 different sizes and wanted to make sure the fit was right. I left with a much better pair and a good experience with this store.

Abysmal customer service. Take note, «management.» Your employees are why I did not, and will not, be making any purchases in your store.
