Completely knowledgeable, needmachelp have set up and updated my systems for years. I don’t need help often, but when I do they are extremely helpful and worth every penny. Thanks to needmachelp I have updates and current backups and all three machines in order.

I was in New York for a trade show and my MacBook wouldn’t boot up. I went to the Apple Store Genius Bar and they told me that they all they could do was replace my hard drive AND they were going to charge me a fortune. They couldn’t even retrieve the data off my drive! Luckily, I saw a flyer in a café near my hotel for Need Mac Help and called them up. They sent a tech to my hotel room and within 2 hours I had my data back and a new drive in my machine. Need Mac Help completely saved my life!
