If this was my staff I would not only be embarrassed by their snotty, rude, apathetic behavior I would probably fire at least two of them and not bother wasting my time trying to fix what cannot be solved. First point, when a potential customer is speaking to you politely or asking a question, you look at them and answer directly. Because that’s how you treat other human beings, no matter how much you think it’s beneath you to do so. Second point, I commented to a member of your staff on your espresso cups, and indicated I be interested in taking one home. This would be the time to point me in the direction where you had those cups stacked on a counter for purchase, not comment that the security guard would stop me if I tried to walk out. Are you serious??? I think that’s the first time I’ve ever had that experience, I was absolutely shocked, embarrassed, and insulted. Totally deplorable behavior.

Free Coffee tasting for the capsules you might want to try and buy. friendly staffs, clean store, has recycling program for used capsules. Staffs ready and knowledgeable about their machines. The only downside is not all staffs react the same friendly way when you enters the store. They could use a little more training on that. But overall, i love this store and appreciate their efforts so we can have a cup of luxury coffee in hand at the comfort of our homes.

Helpful, friendly staff. Nice sampling area, lovely design, and close to the Soho Apple Store. You can see the coffee & espresso makers & also purchase. I liked the small footprint coffee/espresso maker BUT the only reason I have not purchased it is because I want to have the option of using a coffee that I personally select, I might want a Starbucks coffee or espresso, but with The Nespresso brand, as of Feb. 2016, you can only use Nespresso brand coffees. That’s a shame. Nespresso dear – I like your design very much. I like your coffee, & espresso, too. However, dear Nespresso, it cannot only be about you, dearest. You need to try and see that you will still sell a lot, even if you create a cup that lets customers put their other favorite coffee blends in that little cup, & brew it, and of course, it has to be a reusable cup. There, there, Nespresso – if you do this, they will sell! Truly, they will. XO Until then, dearest.

reorganized to keep the shopping area and sampling area from overlapping, which helped you try before you buy but is rather chaotic. nespresso is the secret spot for free caffeine. i love coming here, even though its usually out of the way. i had a ginger espresso and a piece of chocolate. — wow an amazing experience, try a$ap.(i said its free already right lol)

I currently work at a hair salon and my boss wanted a Nespresso machine to better serve our clients. With them not being coffee drinkers try had no idea what to look for and being we’re open 7 days a week we were not able to go and see how to use or how it works. Webert is the sales rep they dealt with and he volunteered on his day off to come to Brooklyn and teach us how to use the machine. I am so satisfied with this product and the customer service that came with it. Webert went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure we had the knowledge we needed to use this! not the mention the coffee is delicious!

Amazing coffee served by the friendliest barista in NYC. Saif helped us out and selected some great espresso for us to try at the Italian-feeling espresso bar. Plus we got chocolates! :)

By far my favorite Nespresso store in the city. All the staff is friendly, you are very well taken care of as soon as you step in and they make you feel like a VIP. I like their level of knowledge with Nespresso offerings and how they let you taste different coffees or even recommend you something new. The last 2 times I went there in the last few weeks, there wasn’t really a line and the time to check out was minima.

I received a message and phone call from a customer service manager at Nespresso corporate(Kimmy), apologizing for our experience and getting our feedback. Which indicates that, at least, Corporate cares. They also sent us two Nespresso mugs as goodwill gestures, which was nice of them. Not sure I’ll go back to the boutique any time soon for our pods. We may just stick to ordering online until the natural turnover of staff happens.

I’m wavering between a 3 and 4 star rating. I came here for brunch rather than coffee, which I don’t recommend. I ate in the downstairs café and ordered scrambled eggs with prosciutto and bruschetta. The scrambled eggs were perfection — soft and a tiny bit creamy with ground black pepper sprinkled on. The rest of the plate was just ok — the bread was especially hard and hurt my mouth after a few bites. The macarons are nicely sized — the salted caramel ones had a wonderful chewy texture. The nutella ones are not as great. Overall, the food quality is nicely presented but simple. If you’re in the SoHo area and want a great brunch, I’d recommend somewhere else. The boutique itself is spacious and modern with pops of color. Very upscale boutique-y feel but not the homey, quirky type of café that I prefer.

This is my new favorite place for coffee or an expresso. I bought the machine for home and I keep coming back for capsules about once a month. You can try any coffee you want. The staff are all top notch and very educated on the coffee and products they sell. Try it you will become addicted

Walked into the coffee bar/shop with no intention of having a latte, then I saw the menu. I ordered the honey cinamon latte and it was probably the best latte I’ve ever had, and will set you back about $ 7. You can buy a nespresso machine here, also pods. The prices don’t seem that high. I didn’t purchase one, but I may in the near future. My friend bought one, and to get it shipped in two business days, cost her $ 6.65. I wish we had one of these in Texas! I was sad not to try the latte of the month; but all were caramel and I’m not a HUGE caramel fan.

Nice enough service downstairs, but horrendously slow upstairs. The service was so terrible that I walked out, and made a point to tell the manager on my way out. This is an expensive store selling and expensive specialty item. I’m not street riffraff(although everybody deserves to be served equally). I walked in, wandered around for more than 15 minutes before ANYOF the staff even looked sideways… not even a greeting. Look, I was in the store to buy a machine for my mother for her birthday. But they can take their machine and… well…do unpleasant things with it. It’s just basic customer service… greet people that walk in the door. That’s my biggest pet peeve!

I go to this place at least twice a week, very calming environment, clean, bright and polite staff and amazing coffee! I ve just hang out at the coffee shop! Why 4 star? Some chairs have stain on it which in a fancy environment is quite striking! UPDATE: the chairs are clean and I ADORE the new outfit of the staff, very elegant :) I also really like Daniel the server, everytime he serves, he is always making sure everything is perfect.

There’s not much to add from the other reviews. I’ve always had amazing service every visit. And stop every time I’m in NYC to stock up on coffee. It’s a little pretentious but it’s in SoHo, it’s to be expected. The waiters and waitresses are attractive, attentive and helpful, as a premium service should be. It’s a 2 story sit down boutique with a light menu and currently only serving the new Vertuøline coffee and espresso. The bottom floor is a wall of every machine they offer as well as the menu offerings. The upstairs offers the Gran Cru line and machines. The restrooms are located in the basement – the elevator is located to the right of the staircase. Great place for a shopping break!

Amazing service, and very well informed employees :) The bf and I had no idea they even HAD Nespresso machines til we walked in and they showed us all their goodies. We had some macarons(caramel), and it wasn’t overly sweet and the texture was just right to nibble on along with a nice hot cup of Nespresso. Definitely a great place to sit back and enjoy.

AWWW Nespresso, my newly addiction to espresso & cappuccino had began because of you. I only started enjoying the espresso & cappuccino after I had purchased the Nespresso machine and pods and now I’m hooked. When I come to Nespresso Boutique Bar Soho, I go straight up stairs to try some new flavors of espresso which are offered for free. Once I make my decision on which one I like, I make the purchase of the usual flavors and the new ones I had tried. The staff are extremely knowledgeable on the origins, tastes, and background of the flavors. I love coming to Nespresso Boutique Bar Soho.

I believe this boutique is a top-dollar, top-quality, and top-service place, meant for Nespresso to show off their machines. As such, I have never had a disappointing experience there. Going there allowed me to explore many different kinds of lattes, all with subtle differences. Paired with their incredible desserts, these coffees can put a smile on your face every time. So Wilkie what would you recommend? Well everything on their menu. Fellas, this is a spot to bring your blind date on a first time meeting, forget Starbucks.
