I’m here right now to get my eyes checked and get contacts. I have really good insurance, and made sure that they took my insurance and everything would be covered when I called to make this appt. I double checked because I’d already had a problem with a previous eye clinic who had messed up my insurance. I came here, filled out all the forms, gave my insurance card, and sat in a packed waiting room. I’ve been waiting here now for an hour and a half. I asked how much longer I needed to wait, and the front desk lady asked me about my insurance and said she needed to call and ask if I was covered. After another 10 minutes, she confirmed that I was. I have yet to be seen now. So if you’re coming here, just be warned that you will probably wait for at least an hour and a half.
