I tried to place an order from this company’s website. They do not accept credit cards over the site, but rather promise to call you within 24 hours of placing your order get your card information. When I first submitted my order, their site had a coding error (I screen captured it) and apparently my order was never submitted even though it appeared to go on my second attempt. I emailed them to confirm that my order had gone through, but I never heard back. I called the number displayed at the top of their website. The voice mail that picks up sounds like an old man’s cell phone number. I left a message, but it was never returned. I resubmit my order online and email them again at both email addresses I can find on their website. No reply. I try calling again the next day. No answer. I am disappointed that this company has such terrible customer service and has wasted my time. I would NOT recommend ordering from them if you are on a deadline or actually want to receive your items.
