What a waste.
I contacted this business because they were the cabinetry makers for the cabinets in our condominium and we need a replacement hinge for a piece that has cracked and broken.
They guy (never got his name) picked up the phone with an aggressive «Hello» and failed to introduce himself.
I mentioned that I had emailed the business over 3 weeks ago and hadn’t gotten a response. He said, yeah, I talked to you.
Um…no, you didn’t, that’s why I’m calling you.
He was completely unhelpful and unforthcoming with information. He said, just buy a new hinge. We tried that, dude, we’re not dummies. We even bought a new hinge that was incompatible with the specific «very fancy» Italian cabinetry which is really just shitty laminate over composite plywood.
Seemed like he couldn’t be bothered to assist. If you’re installing new cabinets, I’d say you shouldn’t bother to use this company.
