I suppose the doctor was nice but I was misled that they could take my blood there. I specifically asked that they would be taking a blood test for my allergies and they said yes but when I saw the doctor she said they didn’t take blood there and I had to go to a quest lab to have my blood taken. I mean, if you’re a doctor’s office and you don’t take blood, just close your goddamn doors, you’re useless. So I would NEVEREVER return to this place and suggest you avoid it too, unless you want to waste your time going to other places to have simple blood tests taken. Major suckage.

After three appointments, I’m sure about not returning. This practice is always running behind schedule. My first appt, I was having a really bad reaction and came 15 minutes early, but was not seen until 35 minutes later by PA because the doctor was busy, but fine — no big deal, I didn’t die. My second appt, I came at the scheduled time of my appointment, waited 20 mins, met Dr. Lee, she was actually pretty funny/nice/knowledgable. But seemed hesitant to give me a list of things I was allergic to. I still planned on getting my allergy shots here so my medical records didn’t really seem to bother me. My third appt, I entered upon my schedule appt time, and I’m notified that there is only one doc on staff today(which usually seems to be the case). After 20 minutes, the nursing assistant takes my vitals, I’m told I’d start my shots today and to ask the doctor any questions, but she’s still seeing a patient. 45 minutes later, still waiting and the doc takes a new consult instead of starting my shot… I request my medical records/bottles so I can go somewhere else and am told medical records has to release my records to me which takes 2 – 3 days. Apparently hitting print for my last two appointments is not possible without approval from another department?(FYI, my appt should have been a brief conversation, shot, 30 min wait to check reactions). ok great, almost an hour later and I am not anymore immune to BS in the air. Now, to find a new allergist… tl;dr: if you’re on a tight schedule, go somewhere else
