My boyfriend and I worked with Ashley Voos and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her as both a broker and as a person. She was so focused and so positive and she made it her absolute priority to find only the best apartment for us. It was such a breath of fresh air to work with someone who was so knowledgable and professional, but also friendly and a real pleasure to be around. She was truly vested in finding the perfect home for us! I can’t recommend her enough!

I worked with Jason though my finding my eventual housing situation ended up being through another realtor.
Jason was very courteous and came across as honest never making the customers make decisions they are uncomfortable making.
Within one day of first making contact, we met downtown in the lower east side to see the first of two places, and when I decided against it, he was able to arrange for another viewing that night, with some (admittedly more expensive) options in Battery Park on the backburner. Very personable, would recommend.

I worked with Jason from Casa Group and had a great experience. He was always very responsive to my (many) questions, day or night. The first listing he showed me was one I found through Craigslist, and he had another one in the area ready to show me as an extra listing. The extra listing ended up being amazing and the one that I’m now moving to. He was also very helpful navigating us through the application and lease signing process, which can be daunting.
