Amazing service from this company! Raymond picked us up from both the airport and the cruise terminal and provided excellent service both times. The communication I received from Sophia was both professional and efficient, not to mention completely friendly and wonderful!
Going back to NYC and will use ONLY them every time. LOVE LOVE LOVE this company — do not hesitate to book!

mon vol avez environ 30 minutes de retard, alors que notre vol été prévu d’atterrie pour 16h25 a JFK celui-​ci c’est poser a 17h10, il a donc décaler notre heure de rdv avec notre chauffeur.
la société Nyc Rich Limo, né ces pas contenté de venir a l’heure pour la quel nous avion signiez lord de la réservation, le chauffeur à regarder l’heure a la quel l’avion ce pose avant de ce déplacer ce qui fait qu’il n’a pas attendu pour rien et nous de notre coter aucun surcoût n’a été facturé !
une belle limousine 10 place noire conforme a la réservation, le chauffeur été jeune courtois, amicale et attentif, malgré le retard il a bien voulu nous prendre en photos sans problème ! il avez une bonne conduite et il été attentif a nos questions.

The driver (Ryan) came on time, was very well spoken and very presentable — just what you need on girls’ night out!!! The limo was very clean, fully loaded with all kinds of drinks, it was more than enough for a group of 10 ladies! I will definitely use NYC Rich Limo again and will 100% recommend it to all my friends!
