Had NYC Steamers came to my house to clean several carpets and two sofas, they even threw in another carpet for free. They were very professional and throroughly informative about what needed to be done and what aftercare was needed once they left. The carpets and sofas came out great and everything felt refreshed. The pricing was fair, I would recommend you try them!

NYC Steamers really saved my day today when a different company came to my home and tried to tell me that my carpet was so dirty that I needed an expensive deep power cleaning before they could steam clean it. I knew my carpet was not dirty and said I just wanted the basic steam cleaning package, and the other company just walked out on me after I had spent two days moving my furniture out of the rooms because I would not pay their up charge.
When I called NYC Steamers I spoke with David who was very courteous and explained everything to me and said he would have someone at my house the same day. The technician Ari showed up perfectly on time as promised, was also very courteous and knowledgable, and my carpet looks better than I could have imagined. The price was also very fair for the service I received.
