My criteria for judging ice cream places is tasting the pistachio one (as it’s my favorite), and theirs was not so good. It might be because the one was fat-​free, but to be honest it tasted very weird, I thought it’s more like mint and almost got confused whether I chose the right one– so I don’t recommend it. I think other flavors like chocolate and coconut are decent.
Toppings are quite good, they have self-​serving bar with pretty solid collections. Also I thought it’s not terribly expensive compared to other similar froyo places– I got half cup with some toppings which was $ 5.
If you’re looking for a non-​alcohol place to hang out late at night in Times Square, it’s pretty okay– they have 6 – 7 little round tables and wall sofa. But if you’re just looking for good-​taste creamy ice cream, there is Coldstone within 5 min walking distance and that might be a better choice (they have no sitting though)

Very clean and great place to take a break and enjoy a flavorful treat ! I tried the Belgian chocolate (delicious) and the salted caramel popcorn flavor (must try! Will surprise you).

I never walk on 41st from the NQR to Laurie Beechman theater.
I was starving and heading to show and passed this giant deserted immaculate store.
Went in and saw coconut and mint in the same machine. OUTSTANDING.
I was a frozen yogurt addict in the 1980s and it took me 20 years to want a frozen yogurt after living on the stuff in high school.
It’s pricey. But perfect. If reasonably priced, 5 stars for sure.
So happy to know about this place.

I felt like a kid again, filling up my cup of yogurt and looking at all the available sides they had from sugary treats, cereal to fruit and nuts. There’s various location to choose from at 0.69 cents the ounce. I got a couple of things that equates to $ 9.01 such as french vanilla and pistachio flavor yogurt topper with cherry, blueberry, pineapple, strawberry, coconut flakes, and Reese’s peanut butter sauce.

It’s just like every other frozen yogurt place everywhere else. This place however is mostly glass so it’s bright inside without any lights on even when it’s cloudy which is a nice touch.

This frozen yogurt and crêpe place is conveniently located near Times Square. They only had about 8 or so flavored but the shop is small so not a lot of store space for more yogurt selections and seating. Frozen yogurt is sold by the ounce and it’s quite easy to end up with a cup costing more than $ 10. The toppings undoubtedly can add weight so if you’re watching your pennies, watch the amount of yogurt and toppings you put into the cup. Service is prompt and friendly.
Seating area is upstairs and if it weren’t dirty, would probably be a decent place to relax and enjoy one’s dessert. Tables were smeared, littered with garbage and sticky. The trash was overflowing. Unappealing. We left and opted to eat while we walked. Wish the place was cleaner. It was practically empty when we arrived at 9 PM on a Saturday night so I imagine the staff had time to clean up.

I LOVE froyo, and this place is really no better Han any other place, but that doesn’t make it great! I got the eurotart without any toppings and left a happy camper. The facilities are clean and the décor is adorable.

Pretty good selection of fro-​yo (lots of non-​fat options) and toppings. My only complaint is that it’s a little pricey, but what can youo expect from a place right in the heart of a touristy area?

Off the wall has good selection of flavors and love the toppings. Very clean store. Right across from port authority. Be aware the charge by re ounce and you cup could easily be over 10.00. Good stop on the way home before u catch a bus.

Love this place!!! Great variety of frozen yogurts. I sampled quite a few and that wasn’t a problem. The coconut Was amazing! It was smooth, unsweetened and delicious. The fruits for toppings were fresh and there was every kind of add on you could imagine. You pay by the volume– it’s weighed at the register.
Very clean place. Nice workers. Huge bathroom that is clean. Tables and chairs to sit at and great for people watching in the theater district.

I was walking to Port Authority when I saw some people walking by eating out of this cup that says Off The Wall! It looked like a frozen yogurt cup and at that point I was craving from Fro Yo! I walked in and didn’t see any sample cups and the cashier was busy so I just went off my fave flavors and picked — cheesecake, crème brûlée, and no sugar added vanilla. They have plenty of topping options, all fresh and tasty! I loved all my yogurt flavors and I could not even tell the vanilla was sugar free! Next time I may just get that alone!

Sensory overload… this place not only has a bunch of toppings for your fro yo on the wall but then also a bar of toppings as well. They have an array of different flavored such as banana, crème brûlée, salted caramel, birthday cake, and pistachio just to name a few. It’s in Times Square but not in the heart of it where there’s too many tourists stopped taking pictures so it’s not too busy. The only thing is if you want to sample the flavor, a worker comes out and gives you a sample.

I go to Off The Wall Yogurt often. I love their yogurt and the location is unusual and special. An oasis. The whole staff is wonderful — always helpful and cheerful. They all deserve a raise!
I would like to mention how much fun Kai makes coming to off the wall. We always look forward to seeing him — a true people-​person, he knows everything about the menu and is soooo patient and goes the distance with his service. Cheers Kai! And Off the wall.

Love this place! My friend and I always come here for our weekly fro-​yo fix. The best part is the great service, especially Ky. He not only gave us awesome flavor combination samples, but also recommended the perfect toppings! Today’s flavor of choice? Strawberry shortcake & Euro Tang topped with granola and strawberries. Yummy!

I had the mango and the orange sorbet and it was the bombs. The flavor was right on point. They has many different flavors to choose from and toppings as well. (****)
Since this place open about 3 months ago, there isn’t much people there so it’s a bit quite. If you want to try out the flavors you would need to ask the cashier since they have limited staff. They are more than willing to assist. (***)

Great new location in an area otherwise mostly devoid of any good options for dessert.
This rapidly expanding chain maintains its spot as a close second behind 16 Handles for the best frozen yogurt chain in NY. The flavors are mostly just as good, especially the Peanut Butter, with the toppings slightly lacking compared to 16 Handles. They are also still on the antiquated punch card system here, which they need to ditch for the much better electronic reward system.
I see some great new flavors here every now and then. They had French Toast this time, which was pretty good. The Sea Salt Caramel and Peanut Butter are still definitely the best though.
This is located on a quiet spot right around the corner from the craziness of Times Square. There is plenty of seating in here and it’s a great option for a healthier dessert in the area.
