I just recently attended this funeral home to make arrangement for my sister. Her wake was a week ago. I believe the reviews below are unfair to this funeral home. There is only one lady that runs this place, while she is an older lady, she still does her job very well and is extremely compassionate with every person that comes before her. I felt very bad for her because the majority of the people who wanted her attention would just disrespectfully walk in on her as she was meeting with someone. Throughout all this, she kept her calm, answered phones, and tried helping everyone that asked for her help. Again, one must understand she is alone and the work is quite tough. As far as service goes, one should try contacting the owners of this place to try and see if they can hire more people as it has extreme potential. My only complaint was that my sisters funeral was supposed to begin at 3pm and her body arrived quite late along with the limo the next day. They gave us some extra time at night though… All in all, I am thankful for the lady that assisted us and guided us step by step. I am sorry I do not recall her name, but she is the only one that works at the office daily.

Worse funeral experience ever. Our grandmother had visible incisions that were done at the funeral home. She was even missing parts of her ear. It’s important to note that she died of natural causes and was in good physical shape when she passed. No reason for her to be missing any body parts, especially at the viewing. Makeup was also horrible. The staff was disorganized and didn’t have funeral signs for the cars the day of the burial or even generic letters to give to family members for work. We had to return after the burial and to get the letters for work. The owner only gave us 1 and told us to make copies. The parking lot was unattended and cars were blocked in by others and people were constantly coming into other viewings asking people for their plate numbers. The staff actually suggests this! The bathroom was disgusting, paper all over the floor and no clean tissue paper to use.

The staff was polite but the place was freezing. I had to request for the heat to be turned on.
No waste baskets–
The bathrooms were DISGUSTING!!! Toilet paper and toillet water all over the floor and the stench smell of urine.
This place needs major improvement

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, I finally have the courage to speak on it after 2 years of my mothers passing I do not recommend this place at all to anyone the owner is a short Dominican woman who was rude as hell to me for asking for my mother to look a little more alive ironically speaking, the owner did not bother to let my family and I know to come at a certain time to view my mother incase we needed any changes she did not make us feel comfortable at all. so please I am not one to do a bad rating, but if you lost a loved one or anyone the last thing you want to worry about is having the person look completely different. I am aware that some people may change but the work here was bad bad bad!
