This place is great! They also deliver. It’s a small store, but it feels like Mary Poppins run this place, cause they have everything. I have been ordering from them for 3 years, and I’m never disappointed. The prices are also very reasonable.

They are always very friendly and helpful here, and there’s a remarkably wide selection (brands include: Origen, EVO, Wellness, etc) for such a small store. Pricing is pretty much on par with what I’d pay online? I only have one cat so it always seems reasonable.
And there are 2? 3? cats in the store? Super cute.
This place is everything I want out of a local business, I will continue shopping here as long as I live nearby.

I go to the one on W. Broadway in Tribeca. I’ve been trying out few exotic proteins for my cat (allergies) and they have ordered many different options for me to try — and didn’t make me buy the whole 24 pack. Other pets store wanted me to pay for the full ‘special’ order. Great Service.

They really do Pamper Ur Pets and treat customers like gold. They’ve even helped me diagnose my cat’s different ailments and made great suggestions. I have a pet store that’s closer, but I stick with Pamper Ur Pets. They are the best.

great guys who work there, they’re quite helpful. Like many pet stores they deliver and a fairly decent radius as they’re in Chelsea and I’m on the lower east side/​Cinatown line but they happily come whenever I call. In fact when I call and say «can I get delivery please»? they usually know its me and immediately say «sure «and repeat my address in the form of a question?. I’m not sure that this means that they have very few deliveries to the point that they can recognize the voices of those who call for them or what. One interesting thing happened one day when I was ordering my dog some wet food in the can. Merrick started making a new type that is basically 99% of whatever ingredient you buy, like the chicken is 99% actual chicken instead of filler etc. So the web site listed the flavors that it comes in, Beef, Lamb, Turkey and Chicken My dog is small but she’s still a carnivore so I ordered Beef, he said in his semi thick accent that he was out of beef flavor but suggested I try the Lamb instead. I sort of mumbled thinking out loud that i didn’t know if my dog liked Lamb, he says «she’ll like it, it’s TASTY». It took everything in me not to ask how he knew that it was «tasty» but I did appreciate the enthusiasm with which he filled my order. They’re always friendly and helpful, just a nice place whether you go in, shop on line, or phone in and have it delivered.

Basically, nothing bad to say at all!

SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE!!! In a city where competition is inevitable, what stands out beyond the product is good service! And you are sure to find it at this little store packed with all your pets needs!!! The owner is willing to bend over backwards to please his customers and never refuses a request! Also look out for a recent drop in prices the owner calls «a recession sale». I’ve made this store my ONE STOP SHOP for all my dogs needs and desires :)

The store itself is very small but it has tons of stuff! I go there since its 2 block away from where I live. The owner there is wonderful, he always gives my dog treats and sometimes packs her a little something even if I don’t bring her. They also offer delivery service.
