I came in pain with bleeding gums. I had a cursory probing exam I was not given anything for the pain. No xrays were taken. At first I was told that I needed painful and expensive gum surgery in two places. When I asked if I could just have deep cleaning she said ok that would help. I got the feeling that anything I said would be ok. I asked the price and she casually said oh I don’t know ask the receptionist. I was assaulted for payment upon leaving the office. I was also asked when I would like to schedule my procedures. I said I wanted to know how much it would cost and how much my insurance would cover. I paid by check. I found out when I got home that the check was cashed immediately it was $ 225.00 for nothing. She never billed my insurance company, she never called my referring dentist I never got my chart. I had to call constantly and request a receipt and a copy of my signed form. I still have no copy of my chart if it exists. She never even contacted my insurance company to see if they would pay for any of her fancy recommended treatments. I had to submit my bill myself to my insurance. This woman is a money machine and you are made to feel like a cash cow. Avoid at all cost
