Was leaving the country for the holidays and absolutely needed my wash & fold to be returned on a Thursday evening after having it picked up that morning (mea culpa on the poor planning) as I had a 4AM flight.
Personal Touch is now under new ownership, and the woman (I unfortunately did not get her name) who answered the phone was incredibly patient and accommodating in helping me get my clothes back in time — even calling me back at around 8PM in order to coordinate the delivery.
I am not usually one to write reviews but this was really above and beyond. I am incredibly thankful for her diligence and cannot recommend these guys enough.

I met with Carlos who was super helpful and thorough. I had to get my embroidered gown steamed for a friend’s wedding which came to $ 8 and was ready within 24 hours. It looked great! Highly recommended. A++

My husband and I have had our clothes tailored, laundered, and dry cleaned by «Personal Touch Valet». They do an excellent job in all categories with outstanding customer service. Their prices are very reasonable (e.g., $ 25 to alter a bridesmaid dress in 5 days), and they even deliver to our apartment door at no extra cost!
