I love this little place, they have a surprisingly good amount of high-end lingerie & a well-edited selection of accessories(bags, jewelry, scarves) and tops/dresses. Salespeople are super friendly and don’t mind if you just browse. Inventory turns over pretty quickly so there’s always new stuff to see and every couple of months there are sales up to 40% off. Plus they carry swimsuits year round. Not inexpensive, but hey it’s Tribeca and fits with the neighborhood.

The owner is a bit loud and can come off as gruff, but she is great and knows her assortment inside and out. She often gives discounts when you are buying in quantity and she will order anything you want. Her selection is great(good every day wear, and really pretty items that are still practical). Also, great size assortment for those who aren’t the perfect 34B.

Love this little shop, right next to my gym. I always stop in to browse their stuff. Fun bags from Laura Merkin and Foley and Corinna. I picked up a silly but fun glitter wallet recently. Love the cozy selection of leggings and adorable swimwear selections. Great neighborhood boutique for fun accessories and flirty undies. Plus they’ve recently started carrying very reasonably priced party tops and dresses. The sales girls are all very friendly.

I ordered a wallet from their website, and had a terrible experience. Several days after placing my order, I received an email stating that the Hobo International wallet I ordered was out of stock and would be back ordered and shipped in a week. Well, it took a total of three weeks to finally get my wallet. When I got it, the color was nothing like what was posted in the picture, so I sent it back for a refund. I did not hear back from them for two weeks, so I contacted the company. Finally someone replied and said that they JUST processed the refund.(Most online returns are processed in a week) When I purchased the wallet, it came with free shipping, but to my surprise, when the credit finally showed up on my statement another week later, they deducted $ 3 from what I paid. I emailed them yet again, and they said that they shipping fees are not refunded. I told them that I did not pay for shipping because it was«free» so I should get the entire amount back. The person rudely told me that is their return policy. So that means shipping was NOT free. How DECEIVING is that? I am not upset at the $ 3, but at the principal behind it. Don’t advertise free shipping if you are going to deduct it when the item is returned. Furthermore, every time I emailed them to ask a question the person was very rude. Not only does have the worst turnover time, they have the WORST customer service. I’m definitely never shopping there again.

This place has some pretty cute stuff. They’re so pricey though. But if you’ve got the money, it’s definitely worth stopping in. If you don’t, just come and dream about life on the other side of the fence. They are affiliated with the website and pretty much carry the brands sold on there: Furla, Longchamp, Hype, etc. I just bought the most incredible wallet from a company called Tusk about a week ago, and I looove it. I’ll post pictures if it ever ends up coming in the mail.

You must go there for bras and ask for Jennifer(the owner). She is so great and will fit you well. Cute lingerie also.
