Excellent people they really cared about my project! I had a great experience. Very knowledgeable and detailed. There are so many choices when choosing woods but they walked me through their huge selection and helped me pick the one that was right for my budget and my style. This summer I re-​did my bedroom floor as a DIY project. I purchased the new wood for the floors and the self-​leveling compound for the underlayment from PID. The folk there were very helpful and patient in answering my numerous questions. And I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of the products I purchased. Excellent people to know and build work relationship with. Very punctual, always very helpful to their constant flow of customers. I went and had a great experience, these guys really know their stuff. I wouldn’t go any where els with my business but them. Also would recommend, family and friends to have a deal with these great guys. Very well build company, organized, knowledgable, dedicated, well mannered and for sure deliver on their word. Pasquale at PID Flooring was extremely helpful, thoughtful, and not swayed by selling higher price product. My wife and I were replacing our hardwood floors at our Brooklyn condo, and had very little experience on how to choose /​install new flooring. Pasquale helped us understand the pro’s and con’s for the top 5 picks we considered. Because of this, we are so happy with the decision we made! I highly recommend anyone considering new flooring to visit PID. Their selection is second to none, and their willingness to spend as much time as you need for advice is very unique.
