Pisacano Realty Group

I’ve been renting from Pisacano Realty for over four years, and they are by far one of the best management companies I’ve ever worked with (and I’ve dealt with three others, including ones like Ely Samuels). I’ve been meaning to write a review for the company because they manage several properties in East Harlem and Manhattan, and are one of the VERY few companies who are exceptional.
The office is run by James, James Jr, and Crystal, who are all part of the Pisacano family. They’re super easy to reach (and live in the neighborhood), are very reasonable, and are always friendly to talk to. They also seem to look after their properties, and know all their tenants by name. The apartments (I’ve rented 3 separate ones across the four+ years with them) all typically come with exterminator service that’s monthly.
A coworker of mine also rents from them, and I’m extremely good friends with one of my former neighbors, who has also rented from them for several years — all with few complains.
