This place is no longer open. It’s been completely gutted.

Great veggie pizza slices! It’s cozy and while I can’t comment on the other stuff here the vegetarian slices and grandma slice is awesome!

This was my second time eating here and I have no complaints about the food(or I hope not after what I witnessed today). I went to use the restroom with my friend, only to watch the front counter girl walk in to the restroom stall behind us, use the toilet, and walk out without washing her hands. Umm what!!! Just twenty minutes before this same girl was handling my food and money. I didn’t know if I should complain to someone or not, but I will never be eating there again.

Ok, right up front, Pizza is ok here, not great but not horrible. Pretty standard, no difference from any that you can get on just about any block in Manhattan. The one star is completely based on service. Ordered a pie for the office, one of my colleagues gave me a coupon for $ 10 off any order over $ 20.00. When presented, the cashier said«Oh, I need to check with the owner», she checked and came back and said«oh this is for a different Pronto Pizza». Alright, I thought perhaps my colleague made a mistake. Then while walking by the condiments, I see a stack of at least 50 – 75 of the coupon cards sitting there. I asked the owner(or manager, never really got the answer) if they were for a different Pronto’s why were they handing out the coupons and where was this other Pronto’s? She said it was owned by different owners and she didn’t know. I don’t write bad reviews, simply don’t go back. However, a lack of integrity, and being outright lied to will get me going. With so many hardworking honest pizzeria owners in NY to patronize, I will never step inside this establishment again.

4 star atmosphere, 3 star pizza. Very serviceable slice, crust is decent, sauce is a touch bland, but garlic powder, hot peppers and oregano brought it up to snuff. Bonus: you can eat your slice at the bar, but for some reason the taps weren’t working, so only bottles of beer. The full bar tempted me to vary from the traditional beer and pizza pairing, but the Rebel Rouser IPA proved more than up to the task.

I came back after a long time of not being there. Their rating was a B. Thought that was good… but i was really wanting a grandma pizza. I asked, and they didnt have them. I checked the menu, and it’s no longer there! Do they not make them anymore? That would totally suck if they don’t. Disappointed, I ordered a mushroom slice and garlic knots. They were both good, but I wasn’t in the mood for them at all. :(

Pros: The pizzas here are great, love the garlic knots. They also serve alcohol. Cons: Employees are rude as hell, god forbid if you ask them a question. Also not a great sit down place. I usually grab and go.

This place was REAL good. My group came in after hangin’ in Bryant Park. We got pizza by the slice($ 3 each) and the tomato bacon was amazing! We also got an order of garlic knots… and those are a must! The atmosphere was nice, a few t.v.’ s and the food was fabulous. In between Times Square and Bryant Park; a good, casual place to come eat!

Very quick, still hot out of the oven pizza that is delicious. Cheap and gives you the right vibes while in NYC whether you’re a local or a tourist. Make sure you fold your pizza. Haha. Yummy. Worth your stop, no doubt.

This place was pretty good pizza. I have had better in new york in different areas as well as outside the city. I know it is N.Y. and prices especially in the area of the memorial are going to be higher but for what it was it was no where near worth the price. The staff was nice and friendly they worked hard and fast to get your food out I i was in the area again and there was no other food around I would eat here again.

Really solid pizza joint. Traditional New York style place. The crust is a little bit thicker which I like. Lots of selection at lunch time. Very fast and effective service. Decent amount of seating and a nice bar area with places to watch the game. Nice place.

Walked into this establishment and the Mexican guy making the pizzas was extremely rude and didn’t acknowledge me. He took people ahead of me and I had to ask him to help me. When I asked him why he did not help me he said because I was busy on my phone. His attitude and service is terrible. I asked to speak to the manager and he ignored me and walked away. I will never ever return to this place again. With all of the competition in this area you would think he would have a better attitude. Thankfully a very sweet girl at the bar helped me.

I only had the white pizza and it was really good. The bottom was overcooked slightly though. But still really good pizza, the dough is very thin like traditional New York style pizza. But i loved the white pizza because it actually had cheese. Most New York pizza does not have that much cheese, in fact it mostly has sauce and barely any cheese. So i was extremely excited when I found this place by accident. We were on our way to the bus terminal and stumbled upon it.

Lapin and I came here for a quick and cheap lunch. The place was pretty busy, so we had to wait a bit before ordering. I got a plain cheese slice and Lapin a slice of the chicken pizza. The game was on so, we sat near back with the TV but they also have a sports bar with TVs as well. Lapin enjoyed his slice but three bites into mines I saw a hair on my slice that was not mines. I bought it to the cashier attention and she and the other servers looked a bit annoyed. They gave me a new slice [which was fresher than my old one and had no hair in it] but that whole«hairy» [see, what I did there :) ] experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

My husband’s office is nearby and they order from here at least once a week for delivery. I love their pizza! The chicken pizza and the marguerite pizza are awesome! The toppings are plentiful and the bread is chewy. They’re also good about including plates and other condiments for the pizza. Their customer service by phone is sometimes undependable though.

The pizza is here is below average and overpriced. The place is also dark and has that dirty basement feel to it. There aren’t any great pizza places in the times square area, but you really cannot do worse someplace else.

Definitely some of the best pizza in Manhattan. I like going to place for their happy hour specials. The bar has seating but there is also a dinning area. There is usually a medium sized crowd but the bartenders seem to keep up nicely; with a smile no less.

This midtown pizza bar offers a decent but expensive chicken roll. That said, there are not a lot of decent pizza places around here, so I might go back if the craving ever hits me again. It’s dimly lit, but on the north side of 41st, between Broadway and 6th, closer to 6th.

I actually really love their slices — they are freakin’ delicious. I’ve had a lot of generic pizza slices in NYC and this place makes a damn good one. Plain is yummy and the spinach is reallllllly good! They have a bar here but I haven’t indulged. Prices are a bit up there. I’ve been here a few times to pick up lunch for other people at the office and it does get hectic/busy during lunchtime. I’ve also seen some nasty service but haven’t had anything happen to me. If you’re looking for a few slices for lunch in Midtown, you can go get the 1.99 slices and really save but for a bit more you can get a better tasting slice? Your choice…
