So they have these parties at different locations and they play different music. I went to one that played 80s and 90s music, it was soooo much fucking fun! If you can go PLEASEGO! So much good energy you can dance how you want it’s no pressure on if you cute or not like most(hip hop) parties I loved every min!

I went to the quiet clubbing event at Brookfield in Manhattan 12⁄13 with my daughter and neices It was truly a fun experience! The Brookfield itself is a beautiful place. The djs at this event played a great variety of music. This was a really good crowd everyone seemed to be having a great time! People were dressed from casual to slightly dressy. This was my first time at quiet clubbing and I loved it so much that I hope to go to another one soon. Thank you to all that made this event a success!

Casual running around the subways with colorful headphones on with about 100 people. Nbd. Bystanders have no idea what the heck is going on. Some even asking uhm hey what station are you listening to. And some even dancing with us as we hand headphones onto their heads so they can join the party. There’s seriously so much to say about my experience doing the subway party tour that I wish I could put down everything but won’t because hey why ruin the fun! Bought the tickets on the website. Easy and to the point. Arrived at the meeting place checked in a no trouble. I totally forgot the word tour and totally did not know what to expect, but I definitely learned new things about New York City because hey can’t get arrested because we’re actually on a tour not some crazy wild dancing party –even though we were totally insane. Partied on the subway platforms, stations, trains you name it and we made it a huge dance floor all over NYC. I do not regret anything. We did end at a bar where I felt the space was way too small to hold that many people from the tour and people who were coming to join the quiet party. Maybe anticipation was more than expected? But the downstairs dance floor was way too jam packed and when my friend and I left there was still at least 30 people trying to get in! Crazy. Love quiet events and would definitely do it all over again whether it be at the bars/lounges or the actual tours! Haven’t done this yet? You’ve got to try it.

I have a great time at the beer Garden in Astoria. If you are a beer person and like to dance all night in a casual environment then this is the place for you. you have the power to keep switching to 3 different DJ, if you don’t like what one DJ playing you can just change it so what not to like. the only con for me was that I’m short and when everyone is jumping to a song and I’m on a different DJ so I end up being hit with elbows but I can only blame my parents for that lol

Quiet clubbing is so much fun. You can have the time of your life in their party. The djs are awesome and they play all types of song. I love how I can listen to top hits songs and 80’s 90’s songs. I really recommend it!!!

I am so happy I went quiet clubbing! My friends and I decided to go to a quiet clubbing event on a Saturday night, it was being held in Iron Bar in the city. I honestly had a blast, I haven’t danced this much in awhile. So I face this issue where I go to a club and there are some songs that I love dancing to and then there are others that I really don’t care too much for and just hope that the next song is better — the difference with quiet clubbing is that you can just keep switching stations and dance to the music you want! For example, there was a point where I was dancing my butt off to dancehall music while other people were singing along to Uptown Girl haha — the point is that you can seriously dance the whole time — I literally danced the WHOLE entire time! So here’s the scoop, you actually get wireless headphones that have lights on them. The lights are red, blue, or green depending on the DJ station you’re listening to — you have a switch on the side which lets you decide. The DJs are set up(at least at Iron Bar) by the dance floor where they have the lights around them, for example the red light station would have a designated DJ in his own booth with a red light by him. As for the music, there’s so much selection. All the DJs had their style so you heard almost every type of music — from dancehall, EDM, top hits, classics, and Latin music! Also, you will find other people listening to the same station by the color of their headphones and they automatically bond with you! So if you’re with your significant other, you can tune in to a romantic song and dance with each other or if you’re single, you can find other people matching your station and dance along with them. I saw a couple of people changing their stations to try to flirt with people haha. Definitely worth going and the price is not bad at all! Sorry if I suck at explaining things haha! But seriously just go to an event, it was a lot of fun and a good change from the usual!

Wow, this was probably the best time I’ve had in a while. I go out with friends every weekend and we were bored of the same old thing. When I found this on Unilocal,I knew we had to try it. I came here with 4 of my friends and we had the best time. We attended the event at Iron Bar last weekend. The process is simple. Buy tickets online, go to event, show tickets, give them your ID and you get headphones. You’ll get your ID back when you return the headphones. Headphones are wireless and you can adjust sound level and channel on the side of the earphones. There were 3 channels: one is EDM, one is top 40 and the last is hip hop. Top 40 and Hip Hop were the best channels. EDM was a bit off, they played a lot of unknown artists and it wasn’t anything you can dance to. It’s nice because you can take off your headphones and have a normal convo with your friends without shouting over one another. When you’re ready to party again, put the headphones on and jam out. Everyone bursts out singing the songs they’re listening to and it’s hilarious. Overall, we all had a great time. I’m sure we’ll be doing this again soon enough!

I have been to five of these events in the last year. Three subway tours and two roof top parties. I enjoyed all of them!!! Each time, I brought news friends and they always had a blast. A couple of friends said that it was the most fun they have had in years. Everyone is very friendly, and it would be unusual if you didn’t make new friends at these events. Don’t worry if you aren’t a public dancer — one of the great things about these parties is that it doesn’t matter. Once you put those headphones on, you almost forget that those around you can’t hear the music and you may end up singing out loud and dancing on the subway before you know it. Music selection is fantastic and ranges from all across the board. you have three stations to choose from so the possibilities are endless. It’s nice to be able to talk to others without shouting like you are in a noisy club. If you are visiting the city, this is a great way to see some of the hotspots, get to know people, and take in a little history as well. Age levels range from across the board, as does dress code. I have seen some people get dressed up in costumes(ie. 70s ensembles) but certainly not a requirement or done by all. Will, the organizer, is amazing and does a bang up job of hosting. You will not regret attending one of these parties!

We had a ball on Friday, 10.10.14! I celebrated my 40th birthday with approximately 40 of my closest friends and family as well as other quiet clubbers. My guests had no idea what they were getting themselves into and I only had an inkling. It surpassed my expectations — fun and educational. My 40th will go down in history! Everybody had a fantastic time. Thank you, Will, for being so professional, attentive and responsive when I reached out to you with my mountain of questions and to set up my party. Every New Yorker should experience quiet clubbing with Quiet Events.

— So much F’ing fun!!! — A great and unique idea — It’s great, you can have a conversation at a party without yelling — Make sure it’s three musical choices that you enjoy, né of the parties had EDM, I’m glad I didn’t go to that one

I was so confused on what to do for my sister’s bachelorette party. She wanted something different/something unique and fun. This was beyond her expectations! She was so happy and had such a great time not only with her friends and family but with the crew jamming out on the headphones Major thanks to William for all his help!

I’ve been to several events hosted by this group at a few bars around the city and a beer garden. I absolutely love this concept! There’s always three channel/DJ options. If you really want to listen to top 40, there’s an option. If house is more your thing, there’s an option. What I love the most is that if you meet someone while out and about at one of these events, and want to have a chat, just take off your headphones and you can actually talk! Fantastic! A clubbing experience that involves the ability to not just communicate via hand signals! I have taken several friends to these events and they’ve always had a great time. I will definitely be back to an event in the near future!

Been to a couple events and it’s a lot of fun! You’ve got wireless headphones and three channels of music, switch back and forth, to and fro, everyone’s having a great time. The venues vary from warehouses to restaurants, subways and pub crawls. It’s a blast! What’s also great is the type of people you meet. Some how, for whatever reason, everyone is totally friendly, you make a lot of instagram friends through out the night from the #quietevents hash and the Event Organizer is always looking for people to help out. I’d compare the Event Goers to the type of people you meet at a hostel while backpacking through a foreign country. You’re friends because you all had a great time together.

Honestly the greatest innovation in clubbing ever! I’ve actually been to events in CT a couple of times from this company and they were amazing! The greatest part of this is that the DJ’s practically compete with each other and it just makes for a pretty entertaining experience. I just wished they did events more often because the experience is a huge step up from typical clubbing.

An unique way to party. The people are very friendly and it’s easy to talk to everyone without shouting over the music. Great variety of music had me dancing all night! Next time I’ll leave my heels at home, couldn’t walk the next day.
