I asked her to show me jeans and she got so annoyed at me. Rolling eyes hands on the hips and the tone of voice… So many places to shop.

Incredibly poor customer service. My request for information about a repair due to a faulty product was met with suspicion and, dare I say, disgust? The only good thing that happened was it encouraged me to go to the Christopher Street R&B where the staff is so kind, so helpful, so on top of their game. I know now to shop there. Staff overhaul is needed in Nolita.

Just back from a fruitful stop at R&B on Houston. I wanted to give a shout out to the very helpful and all around cool staff there. All were great, but Michael in particular was awesome.

I really love this brand for casual long sleeve additions to my wardrobe. The staff is usually unobtrusive, helpful and friendly. I did, this last time, get an unusually snippy and strange kid at the checkout who asked me if I «wanted to slip the one thing I bought into that Scholastic (store) bag with the stuffed animals in it». !?! God forbid someone brings gifts for children into this holy mecca of fashion!
But– the clothing is still what it is, which is something I really like. I’ll just avoid this store in the future, and try another one.

Great sales person really helped me find a great pair of jeans. Yes it is expensive — you shouldn’t enter this store thinking otherwise. I saw reviews for other R+B stores for very poor customer service but I just had a great experience at this store — they really wanted to help me out rather than just sell me something. Thumbs Up!
