The food is good but the service is rotten. The owner never gives you a straw for your drinks. I always end up asking for it. He is eager to take your money but when it comes to bagging your groceries, one has to «beg» for one. Another cheap strategy the owner has to save himself $ is not having condiments like hot sauce, ketchup in individual packages. When you ask for these condiment, they have to put it in a small container for the clients.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I placed an order and received a confirmation email. An hour later, I still hadn’t received it so I called the store. I was told that they didn’t deliver. I asked why no one had called me to let me know and the manager told me to shut the hell up and hung up on me.

This bodega is across from my hair salon so I usually pop in before my journey back to Brooklyn. Usually it’s not a problem but the last time I was ignored while everyone else was being taken care of. I shouldn’t have to speak up just to get service, I mean unless my items are free in that case your service isn’t needed. People were just walking from the back of the line, placing money on the counter and leaving. Keep your ass in line. If we all have to wait so do you. You’re nobody special and you’re jumping in front of others.

Go in. Get you’re things that you need and go. The clerks are great. The food is what you expect from a deli. The people that shop here are diverse. There’s a cat that wanders the shop (but is always prevented from messing with customers). All in all, Great shop. Super clean.

I don’t know what the heck anyone else would want out of a deli? They have delicious sandwiches and buil-you-own salads AND cupcakes that actually look edible. I love this place. It’s like my second home and I’m not ashamed of it. I like to think of myself as a regular.
