I stop by every morning here for a quick coffee. The coffee is delicious and service super friendly! Little tip: add an espresso shot to your americano!
Definitely 5 stars, I didn’t try the donuts yet but they look amazing too.

everything just plays out almost perfectly here — starting from the simple, yet endearing café name… to the pleasant ambiance… and of course, the endless variety of freshly roasted coffee and treats.
If you’re a sucker for coffee artwork, go check it out & while you’re waiting, don’t be afraid to try one of rebel’s delicious donuts :)

Cozy café with a nice selection of Underwest Donuts
at a significant markup ($ 3.50) (which they don’t label, contrasted against the prominent drinks menu). Went with the maple waffle and it was packaged well by the indifferent staffer.

Whenever I’m in New York I always try to stop by Rebel Coffee. I feel some sort of calmness from the ambience and the coffee is delicious. The latte art is on point and the donuts all looked great even though I didn’t order one myself. The staff was also very accommodating which I always appreciate when I stop by a coffee shop.

One of the cutest little coffee shops around, I always try to make a stop here when I’m in the neighborhood! Anytime you need a pick me up or just need a place to sit and do work, rebel coffee house is the place to do it!

Really enjoyed the atmosphere with its chill undertones. I’m from Austin TX and this place reminds me of the local hipster-​esque coffee joints of which I’m so accustomed to. Perfect place to calmly gather yourself for the week over a nice macchiato. Do yourself a favor and grab a donut to go!

This is a great coffee shop with delicious coffee and tasty donuts! I really enjoyed the ambience and décor of this place. As someone who frequents a lot of coffee shops, I can confidently say that this is one place I will definitely be revisiting. It was easy for me to just relax and focus on doing work here. To top it off, the barista was so friendly and helped me choose which donut to get (the almond was so savory — highly recommend!). Thank you Rebel Coffee for a great first experience here!

As someone from NY, I love and like to think that I know my coffee. After hearing about this new coffee shop from a couple of friends, I knew I needed to check it out. I love the ambiance, wood everything. They also had some killer latte art. Would highly recommend to any coffee lover!

Cute coffee shop. Good Coffee. But no Wifi or bathroom? They told me they are «deciding if they want to get wifi». Good news is that with No wifi or bathroom, there’s never anyone in here. Bad news is that’s a recipe for a short business lifespan.

I went to NYC with my sister Alice (wow she beat me to it for reviewing), last week for a day trip and I was in desperate need for caffeine. But hey, I’m not in NYC often, so why would I settle for basic coffee from Starbucks. So I ask some of my friends who are familiar with NYC for recommendations and my friend Lucy suggested going to this place called Rebel Coffee. And come on. Who doesn’t like a little rebel in them?

This place is so cute and cozy! And their coffee is amazing, even by New York standards. I don’t usually drink coffee but I finished my latte when I was there. I’ll definitely come again for some more! The prices are reasonable, and the baristas are really nice too

Love love this coffee shop! It’s super cute and gives that warm and welcoming vibe right when you walk in. The atmosphere and staff are all great and super friendly! Not to mention the delicious treats and the pretty coffee art! And don’t worry, if you’re easily overwhelmed by options at cafes, the baristas are there to help! Highly recommend stopping in for a quick bite and some friendly conversation.

This place is another reason why I need to move back to NYC. Rebel Coffee, you make me want to be rebellious. (;
I’ve only picked up a drink here once since I was in a rush to catch a meeting, but just the atmosphere and environment made me want to stay and rebel (heh). So I’m extremely indecisive, but the barista was very patient with me, offered suggestions and even made conversation with me. I wish I got his name because he deserves to be recognized. Anywho, I ended up getting a latte and mmmmm it was perfect. They have a selection of baked goods– donuts (did I get your attention yet? lol), etc… Which I actually didn’t get; much regret.
Definitely coming back here next time I’m in the city. And getting their donuts. Enough said.

Sometimes I like to get away from the lul of my apartment to really sit down and focus on my writing. Starbucks is too noisy and I can’t even hear myself think. However as soon as I entered Rebel Coffee, I felt at peace. The aroma? Heavenly. The ambience? Superb. The décor? One of a kind. I’m able to do the work I need while fueling myself with the coffee I desire.
The customers always seem satisfied with the service and you get a general feel good buzz from the room. Love this place

Super cute coffee shop in the west village! It has that homey-​vintage-​hipster kind of feel to it, super clean and impeccable customer service. I spent about 2 hours in the shop just drinking and snacking with a date, the atmosphere was perfect for a casual get together.
I had myself a Café Au Lait and a Caramel Latte Cake (I think); the cake was pretty banging. The prices are reasonable, I’d definitely come back here again for date #2!

If you’re ever in this location, please try this little coffee shop out! Not only are their coffees & donuts priced fairly, they also happen to be extremely delicious. I happened to stumble upon this coffee shop while being in West Village, and found out that they had just recently opened. I ordered a doughnut and a latte, which was extremely decadent. The latte was presented artistically with a unique design, and had the perfect consistency of cream. The doughnut also was absolutely delicious, moist on the inside and had the perfect crunch on the outside (comparable to Dough Bakery in Midtown). After ordering, and had settled down inside the shop, I had taken a good look around. The ambiance of the place felt cozy during this cold winter weather with a touch of hippie. Overall, I had a good experience and the workers were extremely friendly and helped me decide on what to order (being that I was indecisive about my options).

I’m usually around the area and I found this coffee spot and was really shocked how fresh and good they coffee tasted. I definitely recommend there lattes they taste really fresh with just the right amount of cream in it.
This is a really cool, clean friendly coffee spot to stop by, also they have other things that goes with coffee like donuts which also taste really good. Great testing coffee, plus really fare prices.

A new wonderful addition in the west village! I was recommended by a friend to come here if I ever was around the area, and I can say that I was not disappointed at all. Rebel Coffee is a super cute joint with a laid back environment. Extremely nice staff and great lattes (with art) and donuts to munch on while you spend your time there.

I was playing tourist with my friend and we ended up here, Due to the aroma of deliciousness in the air that is… Anyway, She got the Americano and I got that delicious macchiato! Get the macchiato, it’s so delicious! And the coffee comes at very fair prices. Very friendly on the wallet without sacrificing the taste. I liked the environment too, very chill and laid back. I will be back.

Love this new coffee shop in the west village. I’m a serious espresso drinker and their lattes are incredibly smooth, creamy, and perfectly finished with some latte art. Amazing enough, they also serve underwest donuts! I’ve been meaning to make the trip all the way up there, but it’s in such an inconvenient location for me — and now I don’t have to! They’re super delicious and definitely worth getting one. The environment is pretty hipster with seating so it’s great place to relax while enjoying some really great coffee and doughnuts. Going to be my new go-​to coffee spot in this charming little neighborhood.
