This is easily the best therapy I have ever received. I love this location. I suffered from Low back pain and upper back pain. I was working with Ekta Lund. She is a great clinician and definitely knows what she is doing. She comes off as a bit reticent, but she is very knowledgable. Don’t be deceived by her stature, she is very good at Manual therapy and functional mobilization. I am from an IT background and she explained me all this. She has lot of patience and is truly caring. The other staff at this facility is very nice. The helped me with my dealings with insurance company and made that process very easy. It is a very clean and well maintained clinic.

This office is great! The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. The therapist took her time and assessed my situation with care and interest, unlike other facilities I have been to. You can tell that the people here want to get you better and back to your normal self again. Ask for Jennifer, she takes her time and gets to the root of the problem. Thank you!

Great work. Very clean facility with a friendly staff. Was treated by Tina C and she was very effective in getting me back to my feet and daily routine. Highly recommended physical therapy office with a great staff, environment and treatment.

Years ago I went to RPT for physical therapy a couple of times and wasn’t impressed with the care I received. Much later, I noticed a listing from a collection agency on my credit report. I moved several times and reimbursement checks that were submitted to me by the insurance agency — that I was supposed to have passed along to RPT — did not reach me and remained un-cashed. Without contacting the insurance agency, RPT filed the account with a collections agency(for the incorrect amount). I called to resolve the issue, had the insurance company reissue the check, and paid the balance for one check that had been deposited. The billing manager at the time promised to have the collection removed from my credit reports — particularly since the amount on the report was inaccurate and half of the amount was in the form of un-cashed and outdated insurance checks. There was even a confirmation letter sent to this effect. I trusted RPT on their word and for the fair resolution, but find A YEARLATER that this PAID balance is still listed as in collections on my credit report. It’s a terribly confusing system to have reimbursement checks coming to patients in the first place — and I think this is done so RPT can charge a higher out of pocket rate to the insurance provider without having the patient pay up front. I wish RPT had been more persistent in their efforts to reach me personally or call my insurance provider before filing the balance with collections. To that end, I wish they at a minimum filed the CORRECT amount with the agency and PULLED the item from my report, as promised. A different person in the billing department is helping me to currently resolve the issue. I hold out hope that someone at RPT cares enough to help me with this unfair situation.
