Outrageous wait times (I’ve never waited less than 40 minutes) and the PA’s are some of the most unpleasant people I’ve met. The office administration had no idea when my doctor would be back from maternity, nor did they have a plan for her patients while she was out. I waited 3 months for an appointment with her for when they assumed she would be back and when I got to the office, I was seen by a different doctor. Still no word on when my doc will be back from maternity.
I’m switching practices.
