Regus Business Offices @ 136 Madison Ave is located on Madison Ave (between 31^st and 32^nd street). This is my favorite location in the Manhattan midtown area. The office space occupies the 5^th and 6^th floors of a 17-​story early-​20^th century building off East 31^st Street in the luxury shopping corridor of New York City’s Murray Hill.
You can rent out a Day office or a Boardroom to impress your clients or use the Business Lounge area to do simple day-​to-​day business or just to touch base with your contacts. You’ll have access to Internet Access, and you’ll also be able to utilize the kitchen as well as the copier or fax machines. The staff is friendly and always willing to help you! With locations all over the New York area you can always find a convenient locations either near your clients or a location for you nearby where you can check in quickly and get your work done!
The office space is close to the green space of Madison Square Park and a short walk from the famous Flatiron skyscraper. Entry to the elegant building is through a beautiful wrought-​iron arched door. Once famous for its advertising agencies, today the midtown section of Madison Avenue is home to marketing firms, premier retail outlets and the corporate headquarters of many different businesses, including communications, energy, investment funds, investment banking, hedge funds, real estate and fashion.
