A mutual friend suggested I contact Charles when I wanted to have stones from an heirloom ring re-​set into a pendant for my sister last year. He did an amazing job. The diamond solitaire looks so much bigger and brighter in its modern white gold bezel setting. The leftover diamond chips from the heirloom are now set in a beautiful new wedding band for myself. Charles is so knowledgeable and easy to work with. His prices are fair and I couldn’t be happier with the pieces he made for us!

The best customer service around. Designed a beautiful ring for me. It sparkles and i always get compliments– I send everyone here and everyone is always satisfied. Reasonable pricing and outstanding quality !
