I used to go to this store when it was called Intimacy. I haven’t been fit for a bra in over 5 years and knew when it was finally time I had to go to the best place for fit, knowledge and hospitality. The name has been changed but the care and attention to their customers needs has not. I was welcomed with warmth and smiles and my Lingerie Stylist named Oumou Kebe took care of all my needs and concerns. She never made me feel rushed and was gentle to my insecurities. I feel like a brand new me know that I have been properly fitted. Thank you for giving me more confidence

High-​end shop with good customer service. I’m pregnant so my shape is … Changing. Had my first ever bra fitting with Oumou, who was excellent. Very discreet, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She helped me find the perfect bra. I wasn’t in the market for anything else, but the selection is beautiful (and expensive), with particularly nice-​looking nightwear. If money was no object, I could do some damage. They brought my mother tea while I looked, and she sat on a comfortable chair while she waited. Definitely prefer this shop and the service over the attitude you get at other more «established» lingerie shops on the UES. Also it seemed newly redone, and the interior is fresh, not tired.
