Love Robert Marc glasses. Dislike the service at this location. I much prefer the Bleeker St. location. I hope Robert Marc will invest as much in customer service as it does in its beautiful selection of frames and in line with the premium Robert Marc customers pay. A pair of glasses here with non-​reflective lenses is almost $ 1k.

Terrible! Bought two very expensive frames. They messed up the setting, and one frame snapped a year later. They would not fix or replace unless I paid full price for a new pair. No discount — nothing.

I don’t think so! Stay away from these folks. A sleazy merchant is one who does not stand behind the product if there is something wrong. They claim to «fit you to the frames and «state-​of-​the-​art» lenses. But, if something is wrong, the OWNER refuses to correct it!
