Rose Restaurant

Unremarkable. Wings were ok in a «catering service at a corporate event» type of way. The wing sauce was not bad but it definitely wasn’t traditional Buffalo sauce. It was more of a hot barbeque flavor. I ordered the Hot wings and they were not very spicy at all. They did make them fresh, so kudos for that. Would I come here again? Maybe. Not the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. But it was so meh that I might forget all about it.

The best thing I can say is that its cheap and the people there are friendly but would I go out of my way for the wings here, probably not.

Rose Restaurant is mainly take out, being from the neighborhood I thought I would give this business a chance, it intrigued me that the restaurant could be so diverse as to sell buffalo wings as well as Indian Style Curry with Nan Bread. «Well Rose you have failed at both!» First of all any cook knows that buffalo wing sauce is tangy with varying degrees of spice, the wings were barbeque sweet with no tang. YYYUUUCCCCKKK. I ordered the spiciest wing available and received bbq wings with Tabasco sauce. Now the Curry please tell me where did you get the recipe because you need to give it back after you slap the curry out of them. It also came in a aluminum dish «that container was the tangiest thing from the place».
Again with the Tabasco sauce WTF? The salad was a good size for the price but I ordered Italian Dressing what I received was creamy Italian. I always cream my own Italian (wink Wink). All in all this was a bad experience for me,
I cannot recommend this place for the reasons above, and also it took them 1 hour and 10 minutes to deliver my food and I am only 8 blocks away.
