I brought two high value bags for consignment to their Madison Avenue store. They called me several days later to say that I wanted too much money and they could only get me half of the amount we had agreed on. That was fine — difference of opinions. I went to pick the bags up to bring to someone else. Please note that the bags were LV and Gucci and the LV was given to them in a box with all its paperwork, and the Gucci in its sleeper with its authentication cards. They wanted to give me the bags back in a shopping bag. The LV was missing its box and paperwork and the Gucci was missing the authentication cards. They said they threw them out!!! They didn’t own the property to throw anything away. After I spoke to the owner they mysteriously found most of the packaging but it was a horrid experience.
That being said I took them to another store who sold them both in two days at a higher price.

Gave them expensive clothes including 1500 Kors dress. Claimed they never sold and never contacted me to return. They claim they gave it away to charity! Bottom Line: got nothing! Nice people who rip you off. Watch out.

Very dishonest owner. Lost several of the items I consigned. Gave me the run around for months and never compensated me. Michael’s remains the best consignment store in NY
and clothes move fast. Roundabout prices clothes very high and doesn’t mark them down until sale season. Michael’s keeps things up to 3 months, has 1^st mark down after 30 days
and ½ off at 90 days.

A tony consignment boutique on the upper east side. Luxury brands which are moderately priced. Unique pieces with a wide ranging color palette accenting the walls of this alluring shop.
If you’re looking for handbags, clothing from dressy to casual, shoes and other accessories to make a clothing connoisseur smile with glee.
I found an adorable Escada white blazer that I can create so many looks with. Tried on a few other items that didn’t fit but I’m sold that this is a place to revisit next time in town…

Consigned a pair of pumps, was not told it was going to be a whole year, they returned my shoes within 2 months since the associate forgot to mention the length they would keep them. When I went to pick them up, there was no box, extra heel taps, all my tags, I contacted there HQ and the lady said the agreement says it’s not our problem of damaged or lost. I have consigned with plenty of New York & Chicago stores, never had such an issue with these people, these shoes where brand new with box. NEVER AGAIN! They also lie since they did not offer me any box! Reason why your stores have been closing down.

Je adore Roundabout! I have scored some major shopping triumphs here, buying an Azzedine Alaia brand new dress for ¹⁄₃ of what it would cost at Bergdorfs and a fabulous Delvaux handbag that I get endless compliments on. The salespeople could not be nicer, I have also consigned here and have always had great success.
They get alot of clothing that has only been worn in a fashion shoot and because they are meticulous and scrupulous in looking at the quality of consigned pieces, you won’t find better in NYC. Its really an amazing place

I love this place. I try to stop by every time I’m in the area. I’m not entirely clear how they have brand new designer stuff, often in a variety of sizes, as opposed to other consignment places which have one of everything (usually used) but it’s so great. My only complaint is I wish they had a bigger shoe selection but it’s a small place so they do what they can.

I wanted to sell some designer clothing and shoes and found the store manager to be extremely rude. He accepted articles, but was absolutely disdainful of other pieces.(like a never worn Valentino blouse!) They have a strict consignment contract which stipulates that you’ll receive a selling price within the week. I have yet to get information and it’s three weeks later. I call daily and the Manager keeps acting like I’m the one causing trouble. They won’t give me my clothes back, since the contract says that. They can also give your clothes away and not notify you. Really, the worst part is dealing with the manager. His so not nice attitude of being «better than everyone» is obnoxious.

This store has a really nice selection of high end designer clothing, some bags and shoes. The clothing is in excellent condition and well organized. Though I didn’t find anything that I was looking for, I’d definitely come back again.
