Excellent customer service! I was interested in purchasing a double stroller for my kids, and was confused between 2 different versions of a stroller (Baby Jogger 2013 vs 2014). I called them up and they were able to give me some clear honest answers, and so I purchased the 2013 stroller online. After purchase, they contacted me to let me know they were out of the 2013 but would send me the 2014 at no extra cost. Stroller them came a few days later, no shipping problems. Easy purchase experience with straightforward answers and great customer service? Great! I look forward to shopping from them again.
