Came in here for passport photos and was very satisfied. They get the job done at a great price. Process takes less than 10 minutes all-in and you are shown what the photo looks like, in case you want a re-take. Cost is 2 photos for $ 8.70 and 4 photos for $ 10.90.(I would go with the 4 photos in case you need them later on for visas, etc). About 2 blocks from the F train East Broadway subway station.

The best place to get your passport photos. Like others have said, the guy there is really sweet and helpful. 2 photos are $ 8.70, bring cash. Also, the place is on Essex(the map makes it look like it’s on Hester)

Not for professionals unfortunately. I got 1 roll of 120 film developed and scanned. I was in to much of a rush to go to my normal place. Service was friendly and fast but scans seemed bad quality and had dust all over them.

excellent work for film processing and scanning. helps that the man is very nice. lots of obnoxious cool guy brunch spots opening in the area, but places like this keep the neighborhood great. some of your favorite«in the know» photographers get their film developed here. support this local mom and pop shop!

Just got 2 passport photos taken for my boyfriend for $ 8.70. FedEx on Houston wanted over $ 16 for 2. And the owner is nice and takes great pictures to look at while you’re waiting. Recommended.

The guy in here is very friendly and helpful — the service is quick and honest, which is great for a neighborhood spot. I went to get some waterproof disposable cameras transferred to disc — I had searched around several places and finally Sammy’s was able to help me out. It was more expensive than I wanted($ 10/each roll) but worth it. Heads up, it’s cash only.
