I’m writing a 5 star review, not just for Pizza, which was good… but this review is inspired because my friend left her iPhone on the table and the staff kept it safe until we returned. We returned 20 minutes after leaving and recovered the iPhone 6. Thank you for being honest!

Very bad customer service and pizza is lacking. All but one employee showed some respect to customers. The tall guy taking orders for those getting pizza was very rude and unprofessional. The I will not be coming back to this location ever.

Good place for quick Italian food. Easy access to subway if you are commuting. Beware though they argue with you saying the price is what the register is versus what what menu states. I guess the computer is always right!

I am SO glad I get to review this place — I went in the other day because SBARROCORP emailed me a free slice of pizza. I went and stood at register while the 2 girls working there YAPPEDAWAY — HELLO??? can I pay please — BEYOND un-professional ! ANother girl off duty was there too so it was a 3 way conversation and pay NO mind to the line or customer !!! I had to wait 5 minutes for her to get someone to do the free coupon because she had not a clue and seemed pissed I was not paying fast cash ! Then back to talking and yapping with the co –worker HI may I get the soda I paid for 5 minutes ago please !!! I ordered a diet Pepsi and as I sat there and she yapped away — she was pouring me a Pepsi with NO eyes on what she was doing because she was TALKING — Miss I ordered Diet Pepsi«I AM A DIABETIC» and it would be nice if you spent 2 seconds PAYINGATTENTION ! Never again !

The food here is great, affordable and very filling. The manager here, Waheed is his name, is incredibly loud and obnoxious. He pays no attention when you place your order because he’s too busy barking commands at his employees. Would certainly come back here but I would avoid him.

Pizza war gut. Kann man nichts sagen, aber preislich sind andere kleinere Läden besser und schmecken ebenso gut

Overpriced cardboard with cheese. Greasier than the homeless in port authority

I make it a special point to visit this place whenever I’m around. The staff is efficient, the food is always fresh and the prices are reasonable for the quality you receive. Best Stromboli Ever — consistent taste every time!

note to corporate, I ordered a spinach and mushroom. when I received it it looked over cooked and old. I wanted to order a small portion of the pasta clerk -«we only have one size» I went to pay and ordered a small soda clerk — «we only have one size» I paid in cash. The clerk then provides the change and napkins all in one! That is not sanitary! I then asked the manager of the store why there is only one size for both and to please pass on the information to corporate. He said I am only the manager and can’t change what the main office says. Now location, you are in midtown. 34th street area. You are selling pizza, in New York!!! and your store provides a bad product. Someone should consider doing a surprise visit and witness this for yourself.

Low quality ingredients. Not very tasty. Especially for nearly 4 bucks a plain slice. Food is blah. Nah, I like less touristy places.

We walked in fairly late… around 10pm, but come on! The pizza, which they ‘heated’ was cold. They literally added water to their ‘hot food’ in front of us so that it didn’t look so dry. Green beans were ice cold. $ 6 salad was just a little pile of lettuce with some Fetta. really lame. Food was nearly inedible. Oh and over priced. The only good thing is we didn’t get food poisoning! AVOID !

Came in with my son for their«breakfast buffet» this past Tuesday morning. After about 10 minutes of watching the woman cook tons of bacon and sausage and dump them behind the glass she said something to me that I could not understand and pointed to the donuts and when I asked about the buffet breakfast or if any sandwiches were available, she just ignored me. Seriously, who hires these people? The woman was so rude, that I wouldn’t even trust her to cook food for my child anyway.

One of my favorite pizza location… I come to Sbarro’s usually for their stuffed pizza which I love getting when I am out and about in the midtown area. Being that this specific Sbarro’s is attached to the 34th street subway station makes it good because it’s very accessible to transportation and of course the food here is good and not to over the top with prices…

Find myself coming to this Sbarro a lot since it is right by Penn Station where I get off the train. Sometimes I get sick of their food, sometimes I crave it. In general, it is nothing but average chain restaurant food, pizza and non-pizza items have been sitting out all day if you come later than lunchtime, some employees are really not the brightest bulbs in the box. It’s tolerable and good for a quick fix, but it is definitely not good Italian food. A good example is the pasta which is often overcooked and not in the Italian al dente style. And of course, like it’s similar counterpart Villa Pizza, let’s not forget overpriced.

The ziti and meatballs are quite tasty. The meatballs are well flavored and the sauce is good as well. To finish off with a cheesy ziti pasta. Yum.

Way too expensive for Sbarro. I’ve been to other locations outside of NYC and the prices are much more reasonable. I understand that rent is high, but $ 12 for a lunch-sized portion of lasagna with nothing on the side? That’s crazy, and too rich for my blood. With that said, the food was decent, as to be expected of Sbarro and other fast-food, chain pizza/pasta places. If it weren’t for the prices I’d be back!

I used to actually love Sbarro’s, but they lost their touch. I think they’re just not as good as they used to be. Too many NEARBY places that are better.

When we woke up, it was snowing out. So we dressed quickly, hopped a taxi to our Bolt Bus pick up location, and quickly grabbed a $ 2 coffee while we wait for other passengers to board. The coffee was hot and strong. Convenient. No complaints. I’d grab a quick coffee here again while I wait for Bolt Bus.

Run. Run and don’t look back. Run like Forest Gump. Run like you just got jacked. Normally I don’t mind a Sbarro’s pizza from time to time(When you’re desperate to eat you sadly have no choice). But my goodness, here’s a sample of what’s wrong with this location(just to start you off): — Horrible prices paired with average pizza. — Horrible crowds. Mixture of tourists and shoppers. — Questionable cleanliness. Don’t even dare to try anything but the pizza if you do decide to brave it out here. But in truth, you’re better off going to the nearby Pizzahut if you want fast-food pizza. But, if you want some great tasting, cheap pizza then you can walk about 6 blocks and eat at 2 Bros. :-P

After a long night of indecisive roaming aimlessly from lounge, bar, to restaurant to night clubs my good friends and I called it a night. We came here for coffee as well as utilizing their facitlies. Low and behold to our utter shock and surprise at a late hour of a Saturday night at 11:20pm there were no coffee, no tea, no latte for late night owls. Personally, I think the pizza is awful at Sbarro’s for over-priced, over-rated that is burnt and tastes like an 105 lb. card stock. They do have mini bottles of wine and bottled beer.

Burnt pizza that is tough enough to bend heavy duty plastic forks. Flavor would really stand out of they didn’t burn it to a crisp. Employees all seem like they have attitudes. I wanted to say Happy New Years but they didn’t even make eye contact. Chicken wings were good though at almost $ 1 /wing. I think I have to agree with Justin P.
