Today, October 7, 2015 I had a follow up appointment for two fillings with Dr. David Seidman, DDS, who was listed as an in-network provider for my insurance, 1199SEIU — National Benefit Fund on Zoc Doc. AFTER my treatment, I was informed that the doctor was an out-of-network provider and was told that I had a co-pay. After my first visit, I did not have a co-pay leading me to further believe that he was an in-network provider. I also have printouts from Zoc Doc proving that it stated that he was an in-network provider. Had I known this prior to my visit, I would have NEVER went to this doctor for my treatment. The office should inform their clients before a treatment that they are out-of-network especially when the website used to book such appointments has information TOTHECONTRARY!

I have been treating with Dr. Seidman since 2009. Have been happy with the office until today. Canceled my appointment without talking to me first then told me that I will have to wait two additional months before I can be seen. Told to take it or leave it. Looking for a new dentist now.

Dr Seidman is great. He always makes you feel comfortable, and office is clean. Although most people hate going to the dentist, his assistant Ann Marie alone makes it worth it. She is as friendly as she is beautiful.
