I worked with Rob and a few other project managers and everyone we dealt with was great. Rob came to the apartment immediately to assess the situation, answered my 1,000 questions and was extremely patient even as I freaked out a bit! We are in a rental building with very inattentive management so ServePro walked me through my options and made the clean up and reimbursement really easy for me. The equipment worked great and within a few days, the moisture was all gone and smell gone. I came home to a leak in my bathroom that had saturated the ceiling, walls and floor and created a real mess. I called Servepro who arrived extremely quickly and ready to help. They assessed the situation and walked me through the entire process from the initial clean up and treatment to how they would work directly with my insurance company to handle billing. Like many other homes on Long Island on 8÷13÷14 our basement flooded with over 17 inches of water. With not knowing who to turn to or how to begin to address this problem we were bled des to contact Turnkey Restoration NYC/​Servpro. I spoke to Robert who is an owner and he assured me that they would take care of everything. That same day they were at my house pumping out the water. It’s took 6 hours and we still had about an inch. Don the project manager was at my house till 1030 pm pumping the water out. When we woke up there was another 7 inches. Again they assisted in getting rid of the water. When Don returned to inventory all the items lost he treated them as if they were his own. Logging each and every item and taking a picture for the insurance company. When I called the office I often spoke to Jeannine and Veronica. They were always helpful and caring when i called. The night of the flooding Shane also came out on his own time to deliver a larger pump to assist with getting rid of the water. Shane returned on the final day to ensure all the moisture had be removed by their equipment and take everything away. My wife and I have three kids. Their safety was our Maine concern.
